Shein/Temu quality of product

Product came quickly but that’s about the only positive thing to say.
The lip tint/velvet lip stick I bought was £24 and genuinely looks and feels like something from Shein or Temu. The packing looks cheap and nothing like the photos. Really disappointing as I thought I’d treat myself to a nice lip stick and just feel scammed to be honest.

I do want to gently push back on one thing, though. SAIA is not a scam. Every product is the result of months of work, made with intent and produced to a standard we're proud of. So the finish and packaging you've described aren't what we recognise, and I'd really like to understand what went wrong.
