The staff are generally nice however, they often are hiring different roles and positions within their discord server and support team, they regularly host different positions which seem to be a scam as most of them I have gotten into when applying into, I have applied with them however they seem to be either hiring people who are their friends or just one person out of all their applicants, a few months ago maybe even over a year ago their was a quality assurance role where we would apparently be beta testing their website before public release, and we was told that we would get paid for our time, however we was not, and not only did that happen they also said that the role was not needed, they also promise a sign up bonus to their roles which probably doesn't happen, they also claim to have roblox communities with over 250,000 they barely have 500 members in their discord server and almost every week their hiring for a different job role, I understand if it was a new group and starting out but series has been going on for over 2 years now and yet they always going through a hiring process of some sort. They usually hire around 30-50 applicants each time, and only ever 1-2 are chosen, and I doubt those chosen ones even get their pay. They often lie about how established they are yet they can't even afford advertising for their company and they had to move over to Gmail for their company email because apparently outlook was to expensive 😂, series and eastside used to be really good websites in around 2023/2024 but now they have gone downhill since then they mostly don't do the things they used to and the website has been in its migration to v2 stage for well over a year now
