Do not accept the gift card
My husband bought me a few items for my birthday but only one was suitable. Returned the items and was issued a gift card. Struggled to find something else to buy for months,as find everything very overpriced for what it is. Finally did place an order, but everything was either too big or too small, despite being the same size. Returned again and it went back on the original gift card with the original expiry date which didn't give very long to purchase again. Feel they push you towards the gift card option, but now will always insist on a refund. Card has now expired so unlikely to buy from here again.

The company sent me a discount voucher while I was thinking about the purchase so that helped. The item arrived beautifully packaged in a box, and yes they fit and lovely and comfortable. So I am happy.

Very poor returns process experienced…
Very poor returns process experienced on two separate occasions. After receiving notification that my item had been received I then had to chase after the specified time for the item to be refunded.
The second item I returned I requested a refund and have been issued with a gift voucher with a 6 month expiry date. I have emailed and asked that the gift card be cancelled and a refund issued, I’m still waiting to hear.
The returns process guides you to a gift card rather than a refund, refund should be the default option especially as the gift card has an expiry date.

Good quality clothes, albeit overpriced for some items. Sizing can be a bit hit and miss for me but overall, it's a great experience and returns are easy. The clothes are always beautifully packed

Just bought a second pair of my best ever black trousers, colour is deep and true, doesn’t fade. Material is robust and hangs well, machine washes, proper pockets…what more can I say. Not the cheapest but worth it.

Pretty dress
Pretty dress; flattering shape and beautiful colouring, true to size. The price I consider borderline on the basis the bottom hem isn't double folded, so you get loose threads.
Straightforward customer service and easy to use website. Delivery within a week; plastic bagged in crepe paper and flat boxed. Didn't return the item so no experience there. Would buy from again.

Can’t get my refund
I have been chasing a return of over £200 for weeks. I was told it was being accelerated but it hasn’t been. Totally inacceptable and poor customer service
** UPDATE **I only got notification (not the actual money) that my refund was being processed when I posted the above with an order number. So they have responded making themselves look credible by posting below. The actually money could be another 14 days making it 5-6 WEEKS for the refund . They have only responded as I posted on here. Hundreds of others will still be in the queue . Very very poor
