Price…fast delivery

The obvious is price I love the mission statement I love multiple locations and I received my order in approximately three days I would totally order from you guys again you guys rock

Good delivery marred by awful communication

Ordered 250 rounds of .44 Magnum on 29 Oct, pricing was highly competitive, as was shipping cost.
Received 500 rounds of .40 S&W on 5 Nov.
Receiving a return label took the majority of the next week with prodding on my end, then to be informed that I would be waiting until the return was received and processed before the proper order would be filled instead of the previously promised simultaneous return and replacement. No reply was received when I asked about the contradiction until a package full of .44 arrived at my door on 19 Nov.

For the frustration, they refunded half my order cost totally unprompted.
I thoroughly appreciate the remedy, but it could have been alleviated and unnecessary by short and prompt acknowledgements to my emails.
If I were to have gotten the proper product to begin with, this would be 5 stars easily, excellent price with fair shipping cost and speed.

Awful communication

Awful communication. I paid for my order on the 19th for express and it’s been 10 days with no response from anyone in the emails I’ve sent.

Hi Ben,

My apologies for the lack of communication. I've replied to your support request, sent over tracking information, and processed a partial refund. Our site does state that express orders can take up to 3 days to process, as we mentioned to you on Tuesday. Because of the holiday week last week, yours didn't get moving until today, which is far from ideal and did miss our 3 day processing time (it should have shipped the day before thanksgiving, we're investigating what happened) hence the partial refund.
