Junk and very costly to return!!!

They were very very cheaply made. I would have been better off buying from a Dollar Store. I had to pay 13.99 CA to return them via Canada Post. After reading reviews it sounds like it could be a long wait for my refund. DO NOT BUY!!! I am so disappointed and feel very ripped off!!!

Nice glasses but too wide for me

The sunglasses themselves were well made but they were far too wide for my face. Returning them has been a little difficult but they have said that the return portal is new so hopefully in future others will have an easier process.

Product is good but is too tight for my glasses , due to my oversized frame but as they offered 30 day returns I thought I’d give them a go . If they fit your glasses this is a great product and I’ll remember them for future if I get smaller frames.

My boyfriend and I love them!

Got a pair for myself and loved them. Also got a pair for my boyfriend and he likes them as well! Definitely amazing for sunny days and driving as it’s more affordable than prescription versions.

Horrible Experience

I am going into my 3rd week waiting on my glasses. According to their “Last Mile” carrier SpeedX, my package has been sitting in a facility less than 30 miles from my house for 3 days. When I contacted Saint support, I get the same AI generated email, time and time again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Steer clear!

Does exactly what I expect

I ordered these on a whim because prescription sunnies are so expensive plus I always misplace my one pair so I figured why not go 2 for 1. Ueah they took a while to arrive but they are exactly as I expected, they got fine and will be perfect for my holiday and for the car!

BUYER BEWARE
Update: I had my bank dispute the charge on the grounds of their crappy return process. I’m guessing because I kicked up a fuss, the company refunded the entire purchase include the ‘refund fee’ charge. Would I do business with them again? 1000% NO. All this ringamarole. Nope. Waste of my time and energy. Also, they will sell your email address. I started getting random unsolicited emails from Australian companies. Again, nightmare experience.

This is supposedly from Australia but it is very likely a drop shipping situation and they are banking on the fact that you think this is Australian company. It is most definitely not Australian in any way.

First off, there is a refund fee for the option of a refund. That was the first red flag I should not have ignored.

When I initiated a refund the same day the glasses arrived, it took them several days to get back to me. The first response was if I’d like to exchange for a different style. I said no. The second response in a few more days was would I like 30% off what I paid to keep the item. I said no. I want a full refund of purchase price. They have yet to respond.

This is the same BS I used to get on Amazon from sellers from China. It is so annoying. The whole time they say of course you can initiate a refund but they don’t actually assist you in initiating a refund. They make you wait and wait and offer all these nonsensical options other than an actual refund which was what I clearly asked for when I initiated the refund.

Also, $25 USD for a pair of cheap plastic frames is just robbery. This is cheap plastic. The rigid brittle kind that will snap with pressure. This is the same quality as those safety glasses you’d find at the dollar store. Even dollar store readers are better quality! Go get the $2 option from Aliexpress or Temu. It’s exactly the same thing minus the overpriced garbage.

If I don’t get a response that actually addresses my refund request, I’m going to dispute this charge with my bank and let them handle it. This is just absolutely a waste of time!!!!! They should pay me for wasting my time. I bet they are trying to delay this until the return window closes so they can cheat me out of my money. Disgusting.

Sunny days just got better!

Got mine over the weekend and I LOVE THEM! I wish I had found these a long time ago! I had concerns that it would distort my vision.. it did not at all! I have gone YEARS without sunglasses since going from contacts to glasses because I hate transitions. Beach days and being out in the sun just got sooo much better!
Ordering was a breeze and the price was great! They arrived exactly when they said they would!

MONEY STOLEN in return shipping costs

The fit overs did not fit my glasses and were clearly visible, bulky and really big for my face.
I opted to return them and without warning or my consent, they took £112 out of my acc for shipping costs to return them. I paid £33 for the glasses plus p&p.
I am still waiting for them to contact me back to refund this money.
I wish I had read the 1star reviews before ordering.
