Ordered a stabilizer received a cheap tripod.

Scam, ordered a camera flow stabilizer and received a cheap selfie stick instead.

PayPal complaint opened as the shop's presence online has disappeared.

I bought a product I paid 54€, I received another product worthing 13€, I sent them a claim... No reply from:

customerservice at serviceon.online; and service at newbuy.store

Shame on Instagram for allowing these farce companies to advertise under false pretences. A month on and still no sign of it..Probably for the best, At least I can get my money back through PayPal. F#ckers

Same as most people on here. Advert for a "Flow Stabilizer" gimbal on Instagram. Received a rather cheap and tacky selfie stick. Website now disappeared. Paid through PayPal and have opened a dispute. Hopefully will get my money back through there buyer protection scheme.

I saw the advert on Facebook so I thought it was a legit Online shop. More than a month and still I haven't received anything and the website does not exist anymore. I called my bank to report and so glad they managed to return my money back into my account

I wish I could give a lower mark absolute rip off and Paypal state my selfie stick was as described as a stabiliser / gimbal I have sent email to watchdog you should all do same and shame the scum

I ordered a Flow stabilizer and received garbage from China, a worthless selfie stick. DON'T TRUST – the shop is offline and this is a scam.

I can verify that this is a fake website. Item took ages to arrive and turned out to be a selfie-stick rather than the Flowmotion Stabilizer. The Instagram advert looked very convincing. I’ve opened a dispute on PayPal so hopefully I’ll get my money back. Complete scam!!!!

I bought the flow stabilizer for 45$, paid through PayPal and received after 5 weeks only a worthless selfi stick. Absolut disappointing. The shop is not available anymore and the so called customer service email address does not give answers to questions but onla blablabla. No tel no for claims, nothing. Void to buy there.
