The shipping was fast and efficient and the quality is amazing this is definitely my new favourite hoodie

This store has an exceptional clothing collection. The quality is excellent and the styles are beautiful. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely shop here again.

Timeline of events spanning from April 3rd-28th…
4/03: I tried to order a duffle bag (that I signed up for emails to receive notification when the item is back in stock & received an email for) - I go to order the item, but the site says it doesn’t deliver to my address (later told because it ‘wasn’t in stock’?) - so, I wait.
4/10: The site lets me order the item - I get a confirmation email.
4/13: I get an email w/ UPS tracking number.
4/16: I email SK because tracking has been sitting on “Last Scanned: Label Created on 04/13/2026” - later receive a reply containing “we regret to inform you that the Soldier of God Duffle Bag is currently unavailable” - I go back and forth with them until settling by 4/17 on me waiting for the item to come back in stock to receive it.
4/28: I have re-signed up for ‘item in stock’ notifications at this point & received the emails/texts - I reach out to them about my item - receive a reply saying “after checking with our warehouse, it looks like the original shipment may have been lost in transit”—when that’s not what they originally said happened…
5/05: finally received my purchase. Happy it’s here but never ordering from them again. What a headache.
P.S. I saw a review (on the same item I ordered) that said they didn’t receive their item, and assume what happened to me, happened to them, but maybe they didn’t reach out to SK. Make sure to keep in contact with Customer Service.

Great quality, fast shipping, fair prices

Big fan of Saint Kaizen overall, the quality and fit are on point. The shorts, in particular, stand out: comfortable, well-made, and true to size. They’ve quickly become a go-to. Only downside is shipping. It takes longer than expected, so you need to plan ahead. If they can tighten that up, it’d be a near-perfect experience.

The product was not oversized.
Your website recommended xl so I got a XXL for a oversize look. Nope, fits like an normal shirt. Not really stretchy. Not the best shirt for the gym. The shipping I was good. The design is nice too. I can already tell the material is gonna shrink

Buyer beware, I second the other reviews about customer service and return policy. Really poor customer service.

Product is amazing, I was a little bummed we tried to use QR code fo discount on our next purchase that was given to us in our first order and it says it’s not valid

Sadly the wrong size arrived. Return postage to the US was costly - make sure you order the correct size.

I'm 6' 2" and 230 pounds - the Crusader XL sweatshirt is top quality but it comes up a little short on my arms and in the body.

If I was ordering again I would order XXL.

Replies to emails do happen, but they take many days - don't expect a speedy answer.

Ordered a second product because love the mission behind the brand. Once again the hoodie is an amazing quality that exceeded my expectations!

Responsive and helpful when trying to exchange sizes

Terrible customer service, sent my items incorrectly so I incurred a duties charge which I already paid in my initial invoice to them. Couldn't even bother replying for them to correct their error.

First time ordering tshirts from you guys, and I absolutely loved it !! Great qualities, amazing art from God , verses, thats a plus! 🔥 Definitely will order more from you guys! 👏🏻
