Sakalaca 

Made an order in march... it's june now and the order haven't come yet. I was trying to contact the shop, wrote them a couple of emails and the shop is ignoring me. I'm extremely disappointed...

I'm not amused, because I paid for clothes that didn't look like the pictures on the website at all. The fabric was total different. Besides that, nothing on the website says that the clothes come from China, so I didn't know I had to pay 30 euros to return it from Europe to China. I've sent it back to China and after a few months I heard that it never arrived there. When I complained, I received 35% of the amount I paid, and not the 100% I hoped to receive when I send the package back to China.

I have waited months for my order and I never arrived despite several calls. Currently i am waiting for my money

Absolutely horrific experience. The products looked nothing like they did on the website, the colours just didn't match the photos at all and the fabric quality was appalling. The return process is just dreadful - shockingly expensive postage to China and, 2 months down the line, I am yet to get my money back. And the worst part is that I am yet to receive a part of my order - it was out of stock and I was told to wait and still I haven't heard anything about it!!! Absolute scam. I've never had an online shopping experience like this before.

The products (Pull boho floral tricoté droit and Manteau rétro imprimé floral droit) don't match at all to what is advertised in the website. It is a poor imitation. The photos don't reflect the real colours, texture and appearance overall. It is a mockery which is a felony: Sakalaca advertises items in internet using photos that clearly don't match to the reality. Additionally, there is no mention ever of where (China!!!) is the return center and the outrageous return/exchange process price. So even if I wanted to return the items (and I wanted), the process of returning is way more expensive than the items. After many emails they offered to make a partial refund, excluding the shipping. A ridiculous amount, taking into account what I payed overall for trashy items. An awful experience. Shame on you "sakalaca"!

The clothes that arrived were horrible... It looked so good on picture but in real life it isn't even the same product! Rip my jacket and my pullover...
You shouldn't buy here definitly, this is a gangster website... :(

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, IT'S A SCAM!
The clothes they have in the site don't match with the product they send, it's a cheap material, the worst that I ever seen in my life.
I don't even know how there is good reviews here...

Bought 2 jumpers 3 pairs of socks. Socks are great just like the photos.
The jumpers are DISGUSTING! Nothing at all like the pictures. The material is cheap and they are badly made. The pictures on the website are NOT the jumpers they are delivering. Do not waste your time or money on this website

This is a total scam!!! They send clothes that don't match at all the photos. They basically take photos from the internet and fake the clothes in a very horrible quality, impossible to wear. I've never seen something as bad as this. I cannot even sell it second hand, badly sewed and made. On top of everything, they don't reply to my request to return the money.

First of all, the products look super fine, the price seems good. I ordered the first time, three items. You can only order with express (that's 7 dollar). So all in all, I waited 6 (!) weeks till two of the items arrived. The last one was never shipped, but I got my money back. The two delivered items didn't look like on the hp.
I gave it a second try, my sister wanted a jacket for Christmas from Sacalaca. I ordered it at the beginning of December. It was delivered 4 weeks later. And it was just a different product.
So.. All in all, I wouldn't order anything from this page.

I am not pleased with the service at all.
I ordered a clothes last september and something went wrong with the shipment. Early I informed sakalaca and their solution was that I was the one who should make a formal complaint to the delivery company.
Until the package arrives at my house it is sakalaca responsability to solve the issues. Despite that I did the complain and sent sakalaca the number, as they told me to do so.
It has been almost 1 month and still waiting for the refund.
I am truly not pleased with the service.

I ordered clothes from here and they were nothing like the pictures on the website. And when I email to return the clothes they don’t anwser with the details although it says they will anwser within 48 hours. Very disappointed.

Very poor quality of clothing. Not true to photos on website. Am trying to return items but not receiving reply from the customer service email.

Never ever buy anything from here! The parts of my order that I actually received are unrecognisable from the pictures and I’m yet to receive my third item or a refund after 3 months!

Is a scam! They are cheating! dont buy!

This is a scam!!! Do not buy from them!!! It's a business from China scamming people in the West. It's stated to be headquartered in Luxembourg or France, but the return address is a private address in China. The clothing is horrible quality, not worth a dollar for the sweater. I paid 80 euros for my items, and eventually the shipping fee to return cost 30euros, so I decided to get a partial refund from them. They scammed me and I get nothing for it! Can't even resell the clothes because it's such bad quality. Please do not buy from them.

TERRIBLE CLOTHING!!! This is a total scam. Clohting looks nothing like on the wedsite, very poor quality, different colors and weird materail. Now I (obviously!!) want to return everything and they are offering me discounts instead of just letting me return everything. I don't want this clothing, not even for a dime. I asked them to pay the return costs for me, as it's their fault that I'm not happy with it (as they post unrealistic photos). But they aren't replying anymore. Also they often replied in French instead of in English. Very poor and unclear communication. DO NOT BUY WITH SAKALACA!!!!!!!!!

Please do not buy anything from this website!! It's a scam. Clothes came 2 months late, and they are a very bad imitation of the pictures! Completely different materials. Same pattern but instead of a thick, woolen sweater, a thin jersey style shirt came. No response from them when I asked for a return address and refund.
