Kaus was very helpful
Kaus was very helpful with getting me the manual for the dash cam. I had a chance to look them over and I understand most of it. I don't understand how to get the camera in standby mode. I didn't see in the manual how to do that. I have to have it in standby mode to program the date and time and other things.

I ordered and paid for a 40x30 inch stainless cutting board and received a 12x16 inch board. My friend experienced the same thing! I initially created a 1-Star review. However after informing Saker of my concern, Saker has offered me a complete refund! This response is the definition of good customer service! I have never had better customer service. Shakerplus contact point is email. We all know how that goes! Not Shakerplus. I received a confirmation email just minutes later. My problem was 100% resolved in 48-72 hours. The product worked as advertised but not the correct fit for my car.
