Shower goods suppliad by Salacia

Problems starting from 3rd Nov and finally sorted 23rd Jan 26
Decided to pay extra for hopefully a better quality shower. Spoke to gentleman at the showroom as to what we wanted. Ordered and paid for the goods. It arrived on time and and the plumber came to fit it within a few days. When he came to fit the BB Nuance t ang G panels we found out that one of the panels had been delivered wrongly and had a square edge instead of a rolled edge. Phoned Salacia and was promptly told it was my fault as I had not checked within 48 hours to make sure everything was alright. (are you supposed to take all of a kitchen out of their boxes to make sure it's all right!!?) How can it be my fault. They are supposed to be the experts, we just said what we wanted to finish up with. The plumber had to use the adhesive Nuance supplied according to the instructions or there was no guarantee. The stuff hardly stuck. Then after the job was done the screen leaked in the corners and the silicone supplied by Nuance round the tray came away. The plumber eventually took all the screen down and re did the siliconing with good stuff. It Worked.
The Kudos Connect 2 shower tray pools in the corners. Contacted them. Most unhelpful. here's what they sent back
I have reviewed the images provided and can see that there is pooling in the corners of the tray. For clarity, our tolerance for pooling is up to 200mm; anything beyond this would constitute a failed water test.
You mentioned that the tray could not be tested prior to installation. However, our installation instructions do state that the tray must be fully checked for faults and for correct drainage before installation. Installation of the tray is therefore considered acceptance of its quality. I have attached a copy of the installation instructions for your reference and confirmation.
In addition, all products should be inspected by the consumer upon delivery, with any issues reported immediately for an easy resolution.
Who tests trays before installation.!!
All in All very dissapointed with
