While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

SalamPet is the UAE's pet care club and app, starting in Dubai. We bring everything a pet needs into one place: trusted vets, groomers, pet hotels and day care, trainers, pet taxis and pet essentials, with member prices and real deals. How it works • Find and book: compare licensed pet businesses near you, see their prices up front and book in a few taps. • Save on every visit: members get exclusive prices at partner businesses, plus deals on grooming, check-ups, boarding and more. • Earn points: collect SalamPet points on bookings and in-store purchases and use them on your next visit. Points are rewards, not cash. • Show your member card: scan your digital SalamPet card at partner stores and clinics to get member prices on the spot. Trust and safety Every business on SalamPet is reviewed by our team before it goes live, including its trade licence and municipality registration. Reviews inside the app come only from customers who completed a booking, and we moderate them to keep them fair and respectful. For pet businesses Groomers, clinics, pet hotels, trainers and pet stores can apply to join SalamPet and reach pet owners across the UAE at partner.salampet.com. We support pet parents in English, Arabic and Persian. Questions or feedback? Email us at hello@salampet.com.
