I would not recommend Kiran Beeharry of SALaw. My exwife was representing herself and ran rings round him. He was always on the back foot and gave in to every demand she made no matter how unreasonable. Even when the legal rights were mine.
There was a total lack of empathy - My Dad passed away and he aggressively chased payment the minute the funds from the estate were released.
The ethos was around making money from clients not acting for them or in their best interests. I am neurodiverse and my needs were identified, however it seems to have been an excuse to make more money from me.
Kiran sent me a bundle for me to me to review, which contained detailed confidential information about one of his other clients.
He is the sort of solicitor you want acting for your ex, it certainly seemed he was working for mine

I instructed SA Law to perform the conveyancing on my property sale. I had had a bad experience from a different firm the last time I had a property transaction, but SA Law were the opposite. They were communicative, responsive and professional throughout the process, even at points responding to queries within 60 seconds of them being sent.

I would instruct SA Law for any future property transactions based on my experience this time.
