Genuinely the worst company to deal with when it comes to new builds… beware of Isabelle, useless attendant.
Salboy are one of the companies involved with our new build house. We have to communicate with them to resolve all of our issues (in which we have had many, including major ones).
In short I have never received such bad service. With the price of the property we paid for, our experience is quite frankly shocking and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
- There is no pro-activity in trying to resolve things, we constantly have to follow-up due to the lack of responses. We have been in our property for over 4 months and still have no clear indication on when major issues like lifting floors, poorly fitted windows, cracked windows, lack of keys and a carport we can’t even use will be fixed.
- They do not hold themselves accountable for anything and blame being short-staffed as an acceptable excuse to not respond for two weeks. Even after responding they tell you absolutely nothing.
- There seems to be no formal complaint procedure. We have raised a complaint and this seems to have done absolutely nothing.
This is a complete contrast to the experience I had with Persimmon Homes who are meant to have notoriously bad after care.
