Was charged for luggage and received a charging cable did not get refund so disappointed

I contacted the company 10 days after placing an order, checking status of shipment, received response that the item will be shipped in 12 days... and that was the extend of it... emailed 4 more times...threatened to cancel payment...still no response....called my credit card and disputed the charges...SCAM

Doesn't deserve 1 star. This is a scam. Ordered luggage set and was sent a charger cable. After contacting PayPal seller offered me a partial refund which I refused, have returned the charger cable but seller insisted it was tracked. Out more money, still waiting for PayPal to refund

I wish I could give them zero stars because this is a fake company PayPal does not help you at all they refused to refund my money so I am out $88 they sent me a empty bag with a tracking number on it I ordered two luggage sets and some sunglasses. My credit card company credit it my money back on provisions they are talking with the company now. All I could do is wait and see what they are going to say I still have my bag with the tracking number on it .PayPal is aware of the company they should not take orders from that company if they know they are a fake company and stop taking their word against the customers I think PayPal is in on it and I will no longer be using PayPal. If I don’t get my money back I will be contacting channel 7 on your side and File a claim against PayPal.I wish I would I have seen the reviews before hand and I would’ve never ordered from the company. Now I’m leery of even ordering online.PayPal just emailed me that they will be investigating of the company and I will get my money back too many complaints on the company

This company is a complete fraud and shame on Paypal to continue to allow them to take payments through their service despite the number of claims of fraud against them. This person will ship you some random object like a USB cord to get tracking and proof of delivery and Paypal just allows this and will deny your claim. This makes me not want to utilize Paypal anymore.

Gutted to have been scammed by these please please I hope people do research I thought I had and still got scammed and just to make matters worse PayPal have sided on the side of the seller gutted and so angry 😡 😡 I thought PayPal was suppose to protect both sides I sent edivence of other people saying it’s a scam but still no joy fingers crossed now that my credit card company helps

Salebz is now changing the company name to Salewm. This fake company is currently advertising luggages on facebook.

Well I'll be darn. I surely wish I would've read these reviews before I decided to buy a 3 piece luggage set. The reviews also explains why a strange unrequested unordered charging cable was in my mailbox. I just filed a complaint through PayPal.

If I could give less than 1 star I would....much like most of us here I ordered luggage and received a charging cable. I have filed a dispute through PayPal and of course this stupid dumba** company isn't responding. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

I have ordered a 3 pcs suit cases from their website through FB advertisement . after a couple of days i have emailed them and didn’t receive any reply since one month . please don’t loos money and trust this Seller

Wish I would have looked this company up before I ordered my suitcase. I contact them and the told me not to worry but I did receive a charging cable the other day. Had no idea where it came from l but now after reayour reviews I see it came from them. Their website is no longer an active website. Escalated through PayPal. **updated 4/5/19 I received my refund from PayPal. **

I fell for their offer for suitcases.
I had an email saying "not to worry my friend" and that was it.
Trying to get my money back through PayPal.

This company is a SCAM! I ordered the 3 pcs luggage from their FB page, until now I still don't have even a tracking number! I emailed the website 2x and still got no response! Don't trust this company!

Warning do not buy from this Company I ordered 4pcs. Suit case and they sent me USB charging cable I file a dispute and they provided tracking number but when I tracked it said delivered to mailbox suitcases don't fit in mail box so I called paypal and they will take care of it the Company cannot use paypal for now if anybody used paypal call them and report this Company as scammer.

Ordered luggage in January. Now mid March, no luggage no refund! Received one email response from a guy saying his grandmother broke her leg and he was behind schedule. Huh?? Responded back, still no refund! Do not use this company!!

Please do not buy anything its fake.

I wish I can give this company no stars at all. I ordered 2 sets of luggage and they sent this phone charger USB cord. Then when I ask for my full refund from PayPal report... this scam company has the nerve to reply saying they want to offer me a partial refund trying to keep $20 of my money.

Seems to me this was part of their plan and that's to try to make some money off this ridiculous scam. Pisses me off!!!! I am so looking forward to PayPal refunding my entire amount back to me.

I'm not even wasting my time mailing back this crappy usb back to China either. DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!!!

Ordered some bedding in November 2018. Fast forward to January 2019 and still not received. Several messages sent to merchant requesting a refund to which they skirted around the subject then declined to respond to me. Escalated through PayPal as still no refund or item received. Extremely poor service. Would not recommend at all. Scammers.
