I felt more insecure after I went than before I had an eyebrow wax i was greeted with unfriendly staff and a ended up having massive rash on my forehead that won’t go away

Scum!
Ripping people off, closing their account, blocking messages, refusing refunds to the bank when I opened a dispute, even though the delivery company has their signature to say they received it back. Was never delivered to me. I have contacted action fraud. Makeup by carmen, salon collection are their names so if they decide to reopen people can avoid being ripped off

hey there, I have ordered a chair and I can not find any contact as it appears the page is now gone? I'm unsure of what to do as I have not been contacted about this at all. if someone has an update that would be great. thank you -Jenny

RE my reply - thank you, I have emailed my proof of purchase that I made on the 26th of November of £298.84 in the black Friday sale of the glam Carman chair.

Scammers!
The sellers provided the wrong tracking and had my order sent to them. They not have my order and £700 of my money. I’m In the process of reporting them for fraud. DPD confirmed they have received them back with an address, photo and signature. The company have blocked me on social media and won’t reply to emails. But I’ll be paying them a visit myself. Do not order from them! The company is falling apart terrible service , disgusting robbing evil people.

In reply- complete lies! DPD and my bank have both confirmed no money is held, tracking with photo , address and signature of yourselves receiving the parcel, not me. Still not received chairs or money, I have been blocked by you. You are literally thieving from people then lying. It has nothing to do with me about what’s in transit my point is you have my money and the chairs and I have proof. Scammers!!

Amazing company, had the most gorgeous chair delivered. There was a delay due to Covid but they were very professional and kept me updated the whole time and the furniture was totally worth the wait. 5/5 will definitely buy again. Thank you 💖

I found it so easy to deal with Salon Collection via Instagram, always super quick response from them.
Great customer service, it does take a while to receive an item if not already in stock but that’s to be expected as they need to order via shipment container but as long as you understand this there is no problem.
Myself and my clients absolutely love the chair. Candy pink is the perfect 💕

I was really dubious about ordering salon furniture after being scammed by someone else. I trusted Salon Collection from the off, their customer service was spot on and various payment methods meant I knew I’d be protected and that they were fully legit.
When my order arrived, I could not have being more pleased. The quality was excellent and I often get messages on my Instagram asking where it’s from!
I couldn’t recommend Salon Collection more.

Purchased the butterfly trolley and I am so pleased.
Made really well and it’s so pretty, all my clients comment on it.
Customer service is also fab they kept me updated throughout as this item was on a preorder, it actually arrived earlier than expected!

If I could give the salon collection more than 5 stars I would 💕 .. 7 months on & I am still totally in love with my beautiful button back lash bed, which has received endless compliments from clients & family members alike since I received it! It’s also gained a 10/10 from my lash clients for comfort (which I think is pretty fab considering treatment times are 2.5-3hrs) & I love how I can adjust the bed with ease for my nail clients! As for customer service I would give them a 5+ star again! I ordered my bed on the Monday and it was with me by the end of that week! 🙌👍🏻

They have sent me the wrong order twice! Need to wait weeks for delivery and now they aren’t responding to email! They have turned off their Instagram messages and comments! I think this company is about to go bust!! Terrible service and their stuff isn’t cheap either 1 off the overalls zip broke and not heard anything back from them!

I’ve now been able to contact them through email. They said they will send the correct overall, when I receive it I’ll update my review but until then this stays to warn others about the hassle and time wasting you have to go through with this company it’s just not worth it!*

Yes I received an overall but the style colour and size was wrong! So I sent it back, I’m still waiting on the correct 1 that I paid for!

This issue has been going on from 15th Aug so no I don’t think it’s far fetched cause no one got back to me I had to go through insta then I waited weeks and you sent the wrong one then you turned off all your contact off because your saying you’ve been hacked! I’m still waiting on a replacement bare in mind I paid for it something like £60! Obvs I’m going to be concerned you weren’t responding to me and I’m out of pocket for the overall and paying all the tracked postage back to you for all your mistakes!!

Yeah that would be best, cause the zip could break again and I’d be left again with a faulty item and no response!
I’ve just received an email with the incorrect amount, I paid £59.98? and what about the 2 postage’s i sent back recorded delivery? 1 was for faulty overall and 1 was because you sent me wrong 1?

Your missing the whole point!!!! and trying to turn it on me!? I was waiting for the replacement happily and u sent the wrong 1! Then u didn’t respond to me until I wrote this review! Your the 1 that cancelled the order and refunded I didn’t ask u to do that! Also that’s illegal and I hope u fix it cause I didn’t pay for this overall through Klarna and I’ll be contacting them too! I sent u an email of proof of purchase through my bank account and your getting angry with me!? It’s yous that’s caused all this and that’s untrue I’m not the only customer that has these concerns there’s plenty of bad reviews and I saw a lot of this on your insta until u disabled the comments! I don’t need a response I just want this resolved properly and all this back and fwd is ridiculous for a company to even be keeping it going! I will await my refund through the correct details not Klarna!

I wish u could see all their responses and they hadn’t deleted them as this is very off putting and frightening that a company can do this to u! they have sent me only £48.75 through Klarna this order wasn’t through Klarna but because I had ordered recently with them through Klarna they are doing that which Klarna said is wrong because that’s not the order. Also it was £60. It’s escalated now with Klarna.

Carmen is a very successful, professional businesswoman whose business is going to continue to grow and grow. Her salon is amazing, her brand is amazing. It is very clear to see she that she is one talented girl! I wish her all the success in the world although I am sure she will not need it ❤️Further to add, from my personal experience with Carmen, she is also very polite and has a nice warming trustworthy manner.

I've been following Carmen for a while online and the products she sells as well as the make up she does have been nothing but the best and high quality. She is very responsive to online enquiries despite running her own successful business, very impressed with the response time and the service so far.

Carmen is a genuine honest and hard working lady that got scammed by Honey I’m Home Furnishing Ltd. and instead of sitting down and moaning about this problem she has created a new business of salon furniture out of the ashes of being badly scammed. She is a very creative person and she is full of ideas. I wish her every success in her new venture ♥️

I have read a review on this buisness from the descise Honey I'm Home director, I think it's utter childishness and pure jealousy. However the direct she obviously doesn't count the fact she has SCAMMED hundreds of people off by taking full payment via bank transer for furnishings, which were not at all made, even 1 year before she put the buisness into liquidation, millions of pounds pocketed and not refunded or not even customer support by the owner. We have been left cold without our monies or goods and she has fkd off away and no F given, but she is obviously creating fake profiles and harrasing this genuine girl and buisness owner, because she's PURE EVIL AND JELOUS, what ever salon collections does with her buisness is no one's buisness as long as customers RECEIVE their items or at least a refund, what's the case? The reason owner from HIH is hounding this lady is because she has built a army to bring justice farward for all us scammed by Honey I'm Home and to put a stop to all their future scams. She's obviously deluded clearly she has ripped people off once before and again then she is mugging this person off because she sells 'china' goods 😂 wtaf

Carmen is a very professional and helpful person. She goes above and beyond to please her customers. The furniture delivered was impecable and beautiful. I bought 3 makeup chairs, 2 hair chairs and a lash bed. Very impressed with the quality of the products. I would definitely recommend!
