Absolute vile place,
I went in to get my hair done a shade lighter. Currently at a shade 5. I wanted to go a shade lighter base 6. I came out with orange, brassy ginger hair. Black roots and a hair cut that looks like a kid has been let loose on.
She said my hair had gone like this because I had not used professional hair shampoo/conditioner even though the image was taken an hour after leaving her salon and getting home. She said I toner would be required. (More like a wig)
NO STRAND TEST WAS TAKEN TO SEE HOW MY HAIR WOULD REACT.
I asked for a trim my hair was way past my boobs and she has cut it off way above my nipples. I can’t wear it straight because it hasn’t been cut into to soften it out just blunt lines all over a fringe that sits in my eyes. I am so upset
I asked Natalie for a refund and she said absolutely not and will not respond now after taking £160 off me to ruin my hair.
I’m forced now to go to another salon for them to correct her work due to the absolute mess she has created.
AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
