Excellent customer service
I was recommended this company by my hairdresser for some products for my hair. Easy site to navigate. However on checkout I did get a little confused and bought an item I did not want. After sending an email to them they rectified my mistake quickly and issued an immediate refund. Excellent customer service and dispatch time. Will certainly use again.

Speedy delivery
Speedy delivery. I haven’t used the product yet however I have had the same product on my hair when visiting my marvellous hairdresser in the salon and always my hair looks fab. Looking forward to using the brush and of course my hair product. A very happy lady😁.

ordered another gift set with voucher in to find I was not able to use voucher as it had the same code as the previous set I ordered and no way of contacting them . At no point did it say only one gift voucher per house hold

Upsetting offer at the end of purchase
I made a purchase and after paying I got an offer on screen for the same product I bought that with the discount and the free delivery they were offering me, I would have paid £10 less. I fount it very upsetting. Also, I am not sure I will keep buying here if I have to pay delivery every time as the minimum is £60, considering the products I buy are not cheap.

Fantastic! Quick delivery, well packaged items. The free pump for the large bottle was a nice touch as I do find the larger bottles are a bit awkward to use. Free hair brush too which looks a great size for my fringe. Excellent value, wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
