Very shady practice
Very shady practice! They advertised $130 for balayage hair color on instagram. I booked it while chatting with Tony the owner. I said I see the deal on your page and would to book for the deal amount of $130 special. He said sure and booked the appt.
On the day, I told the receptionist I have the insta special- she just smiled and told me to work with Tony.
He got another staff to work on my hair, Tony hardly touched my hair. He was working on 5 people at the same time, taking me a total of 4 plus hours to get the color and wash- majority of it was just waiting time.
After the wash, he said he would fix my bangs which I hadn’t asked for, took scissors and cut my hair. At the end of it all- I was charged $650!! I said I have the insta special- and he brushed me off saying of “that’s just half hair. You have full hair plus toner plus haircut plus blow dry!! “
All of this was not made clear to me at all! The other guy hardly spoke English. And then the audacity- tony says he doesn’t personally accept credit card so I had to Zelle all that money. He says you can add tips for the other guy and I will give it to him. I had to add tips on top of it all!
I felt very cheated! After sittting there for 4 hours plus I was tired to start arguing with them about the money and just wanted to get the hell out of there. I do not recommend them and I will never go there again. They were not clear about how much they would charge me inspite of me asking them before the treatment!
