not the same product and will not send…

not the same product and will not send me my money or a return label back. I ordered something and didnt get the same, got a product who is not the same colour as i orderen and doesnt function. I wrote to their customer care cus i wanted my money back but they are not answering when i ask for my money or an return label, but only ask me questions about their poorly bad product. Worst customer care i ever experienced !! give me back my money !!

Do NOT trust this company, SCAM!

Do NOT trust this company! Their business practices are fraudulent and misleading.
​Fake Delivery Promise: They advertise "shipment today for orders before 10 PM," yet they do not provide an actual delivery date during the order process. This is a deliberate tactic to deceive customers.
​Failed Delivery and Tracking: Despite customer service confirming delivery within "4-5 working days," my package has not arrived after 9 days. Worse, the DPD tracking has not updated, suggesting the item may be stuck indefinitely. It's clear from other reports that this issue lies with Salontotal, not the carriers (DPD, PostNord, etc.).
​Customer Service Scam Attempt: When I requested to cancel the order because I was misled and am traveling, their customer service refused and instead sent me a return link, demanding I return the package at my own cost! I literally DO NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE to return. This is an absolutely appalling and unethical attempt to make the customer pay for their failure.
​Unprofessional Response: After multiple follow-ups about my urgent travel plans, their final response was the dismissive and unhelpful, "We will inform you as soon as possible!"
​This is definitively a scam.
Customers should report this online shop to consumer protection agencies for misleading and deceiving the public. AVOID!

Absolutely awful!

Absolutely awful!
Last time I ordered from them some items were out of stock, but they only emailed me to inform me 3 days after I placed the order.
It took two weeks to receive my package.
This time I specifically went for items that were in stock and yet, my order still hasn't been processed.
They advertise on their website that if you order before 22.00, they send the order on the same day, which is a blatant lie.
Customer service hasn't replied to my email and it's unlikely I'll get my items in time.
Never ordering from them again!

The website always indicates if a product has a longer or unknown delivery time. This means that it cannot be delivered immediately and that you are ordering a pre-order, so to speak. I can imagine that you have not seen this, we always inform customers after 3 days if the order is out of stock. Ordered by 10pm tomorrow is home only applies to orders where everything is in stock. We have now dispatched it, so we hope the package will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

I place an order on 10 Aug....Today…

I place an order on 10 Aug....Today 31st of August, still nothing. Its unacceptable to wait a month to receive your order especially in Denmark. On top of that, where is the Customer support to keep you posted? Will never use their services again.

Bad service

I am writing to express my disappointment at the lack of information provided by the company following the purchase of a product five days ago. Despite my repeated attempts to obtain this information, I have been unable to determine the status of my order or the delivery address. The service is very poor and I would like my money back.

first of all we apologize for the inconvenience. The track & trace always becomes visible when the package is scanned by the carrier. This usually takes about 2 business days. Then on the third business day it will generally be delivered if there are no problems. It is expected that your order will be delivered today. Misleading delivery information

In all communication it says if the order is placed the same day. 8 days later the package is only registered for pick up, not even picked up. Never again and a warning for those need a fast delivery.

Long delivery time and Was sent to another city….

I ordered some shampoo and conditioner on Saturday, On Monday, it was registered that it will be delivered 10km Away from me. I have no car..
The same time customer service answered that that’s BRING’s mistake, And they cannot do anything about it. At the same time My items were sent only On Friday (5 days later).
Is it really that you couldn’t change The post office for me before you sent it? Is it really that it took a week For me to get My items, Taking into account that I’m from Denmark?

Will never order from them again

Dont buy in this shop!!! Terrible customer service. They didnt send me one item because it was out of stock and the money was never refunded to me.

Note: I contacted customer service 100 times and they dont care to solve my problem.
