Cube Planter Stock Enquiry & Order

I contacted Salsplace by telephone to check the stock availability of a cube planter. I was warmly greeted by a friendly member of the team who advised on the likely delivery time so I could make sure I was in. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I got, the delivery time, and how lovely the planter looked in my garden. I recommend Salsplace for their exceptional customer service.

Excellent Service and Superb Range of Products!

Great service and products

I found the product I wanted, a wok to cook on my fire pit.

The order process was easy toppers and the wok arrived when it was supposed to with no damage.

The wok is great, I can cook stir fry’s using the high temperatures of my fire pit.

I uploaded a video to sals place if anyone is interested.

I highly recommend Salamanca and will purchase again!

Enjoying fire nights, every night!!

I’ve just returned from a summer at home with family in the UK. We ordered a GrillSymbol Fore Pit Luna for the chilly nights in the garden, because none of us ever want to go inside on summer evenings. It has completely transformed our garden experience! Sitting around the fire is so much fun, and it keeps the garden looking neat without an ugly fire pit dug into the lawn. My family will be enjoying it well into the autumn months and really making the most of it. Highly recommended — great product, fast delivery, and excellent service!

Such an amazing purchase

The customer service was excellent, all my questions were answered which was really helpful because I have no idea about pizza ovens. The product got here on time and in great shape. I got my pizza oven in time for the summer and on top of that I was able to get £20 off by using the code GET20 which gives you £20 off any item over £500 pounds. I am genuinely thrilled to own a pizza oven of this quality (this is unlike the cheap amazon ones) and I will be using it loads.

Beware

Beware , they advertise USE CODE GET20 TO GET 20 POUNDS OFF, yet this code does not work, and when I asked them, they said oh sorry this is a mistake, but we can perhaps give you 15 pounds off if you wait while we generate a code!!! what kind of mistake !! its false advertising, and a waste of time!!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry for the confusion caused regarding the discount code. The offer was intended for orders over £500, and it was my mistake that this wasn’t clearly stated on the website at the time.

When you contacted me about the discount, I fully recognised this was my oversight. I wanted to make it right for you, so I offered to set up a special one-time discount code to give you £20 off your £200 order, even though this was below the original qualifying spend. I also offered to speak with you directly to ensure we could find a solution that worked for you.

I genuinely did everything I could to help, as I felt it was only fair to honour the discount given the website wording was unclear. It is therefore very disappointing to receive a one-star review, especially as no purchase was made in the end despite my efforts to resolve the issue.

Your feedback has been taken on board, and I have now updated the website so all future discount terms are clear for everyone.

Customer service excellent 👌

I am really pleased with my new pizza oven from Salsplace. Customer service was excellent keeping me in the loop on every step of the way. The product is excellent with great craftsmanship, these items really do stand out so a lovely addition to my outdoor cooking station. I will be back soon for more items!

A very positive and helpful experience from Salsplace

I was in the market for a Pizza Oven and arrived at Salsplace. I had a very positive experience, I got through to a human straight away who was knowledgeable and provided very helpful guidance on the dimensions of a Clementi and Igneous model I was looking at, I ended up going for the Igneous Pro 750 purely on aesthetics, dimensions and craftmanship, well worth the extra outlay!
