Love the style and colouring. They are wonderful for the summer here in FNQ.
I now have 2 with 2 more on the way says it all.

I ordered 3 dresses 1 didn’t arrive the other 2 were way too big. I’ve tried to get a return address but I’m not having any luck. No one will answer my emails. Very disappointed.

Lovely product. The only concern was the lack of communication from the company with regard to tracking. The only information I could find was that the order was dispatched from China.

Took a while to receive it but it’s lovely so not too many complaints

Easy to navigate website, good quality, good price.

So, I ordered 2 dresses. The brown one is good and I am happy with it. The other dress is not the same style or material that I ordered. It is totally different and when I looked at it, I thought to myself, this is not what I ordered. I was disappointed because I really liked the material of the one I ordered, but got another design completely.

Avoid all costs. Took ages to be sent. They claimed it was a fire at their warehouse and but the items were coming from a China warehouse.
Almost a month later I got the dresses. One was wrong item. The lady was " oh so lovely" 😒She said she will contact the warehouse for a replacement. Another month later they stopped responding and ghosted me. Please don't buy from this company. They had two Facebooks Salt & coast and Salt and Coast which they deleted.

I would do 0 stars if i could.
Ordered a size 20 dress, it came in about a month.
Far too small. More like a 16. No labels so I'm not sure how they know what size it is.
I've emailed many times and messaged. No response I just want to change it.
So I've wasted nearly $100.
Never again.

Disgusting contact took weeks to arrive.
Sent wrong item not even my size emailed several times with no reply.
Lodged a dispute with PayPal I have to send wrong item sent back at my cost for a refund. $33 to China not an Australian company as advertised.
So looks like I’m out of pockets total rip off

SCAM!!!! Avoid this company! As with the other reviewers, 5 week wait for items that were cheap, no tags, wrong colour, over sized and came from China. No communication for to organise a refund. The dresses can also be purchased on shien for a quarter of the price. Disgusting!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! I placed my order then a week later received an automated email saying there had been a fire at their factory 3 weeks prior (well before I placed my order, but this was not disclosed.) I was happy to wait the additional time while the factory was up and running. Recieved no updates on my order until I sent several emails. Order finally arrived 2 months later and the dress I ordered was not only the wrong size, it had no sleeves. I have sent several emails including a photo of the incorrect item, asking for the address to send the incorrect item back to obtain a refund and have been ghosted. So no response and no refund on a faulty, unwearable item. A waste of my time and money.

Very poor ordered 4 weeks ago still no confirmation of payment or arrival time, tried msg them but was ignored
found the same dresses on a cheap sight selling for less then half the price. Very disappointing, and disgusting service

The postage was very slow, and even though the dresses were nice, the first time they were washed they shrunk. NO answer from the company even after several emails. NOT HAPPY!!

Quality of product. Prompt delivery.the fit

No confirmation after payment. Commutation with them through messenger regarding how long shipping was taking. Ended up requesting a refund. Was told to send the dress to another waiting customer and to email shipping and tracking info to recieve my refund. I did that and have received no communication since. I have emailed, messaged and pisted on their fb page which they saw and deleted yet still dud not communicate. They effectively been paid twice for the one dress including me paying the shipping to the next customer.

I love the colour and material. So light and cool for summer.

Absolutely disgraceful company. 6 weeks to arrive to receive a dress that looked little like the photo. Cheap fabric, poor fit. Tried to organise exchange or refund and they tried to get me to send it to another customer (at my expense). Now ghosting me! AVOID!!!

Ordered a dress which i thought by website was coming from Australia. On doing further research (unfortunately after I had already ordered), it was getting shipped from China. A month on and it still hadn't arrived so I contacted PayPal and thankfully got my money back.

Ordered a dress over 2 weeks ago and according to tracking info it has not even even shipped yet. Sent 2 emails requesting ETA of delivery and have not received any response. Terrible customer service - will never buy from them again
