disappointing experience
UPDATE. Phone call to say more stock coming in March and they will put one aside for me so makes the best of the situation. What it does say I feel is that they look after their customers. I ordered a T&G peppermill which was showing as in stock following reading a review of this item.
Paid and got an order number but did not receive email confirmation on checking next morning still no email. Contacted them by phone they had the order but couldn't explain why I did not get a email confirmation. To rub salt in the wound the item was now out of stock. While the lady I spoke to was very apologetic it seemed to take her some time to realise there was an IT issue. If you have concerns I would call them and not rely on email. I would be hopeful that if they get more stock they would contact me fingers crossed!
