Great customer service

I ordered the salt blocks for the feet for my client. I told her about them, because I have a set from sbout thirty years ago and love them.
Unfortunately, they were damaged durring shipping.
This company sent me another set of blocks and I did not have to argue or get angry. I know these things happen, but I talked to Michael and he took care of everything and made sure that I was satisfied. I would definitely order again and probably will for another client.
