The glasses where exactly how I pictured them and the turn around time was awesome

Everyone was super nice on the phone. Super nice. But I had to exchange email after email and call after call with the staff because they just couldn't get the order right. It was executed so poorly that I contemplated ending the transaction on many occasions but this was the only place I could find that had what I wanted. I eventually got what I wanted, which I love, but overall a lengthy and disappointing experience.

The glasses are great and I dont have any issues other than the info is slow. There is a great portal with the potential to be informative but I dont think that anyone updates it

When I initially ordered from SaltCity it was for my shop. I'm currently active duty military stationed in Germany and they were very willing to work with me and won out the bid from other companies with that attitude. However, it went a bit downhill after that taking over 6 months to complete a purchase over $6000. BUT, they made up for it quickly by getting following orders completed within one month and shipping everything quickly to our APO address where many companies throw in the towel because of a little customs form.
