Love the magnesium spray - spray it on feet arms and belly before bed - great night sleep - highly recommend

I see results when I use it but I always have to have a shirt covering the spot on my back that I use it. I find that it can be sticky against my sheets if I don’t cover the area where I put the cream or oil. The results are amazing! My lower back is getting better everyday! I highly recommend you try it!

I use the magnesium oil spray on my stomach after my evening shower, along with the magnesium muscle cream on my neck and shoulders, love the smell. Before bed, I spray the oil onto the soles of my feet, quick absorbing.

I have been using the products for about 4 months. Biggest improvement for me is that my restless leg syndrome is SO much better. Sometimes I will not have it at all and when I do it is manageable. I am sleeping better but still hope for better results with that. Sugar cravings are not as bad either.

I ordered Magnesium spray as going through menopause and read that the body needs magnesium more at this time to help regulate and function optimally. I have been using it for a few weeks now at night on my feet and can say that my sleep has definitely improved. I will keep using it to evaluate whether it also reduces my sugar cravings and elevates my energy levels.

Been using this on my 2.5 year old for 2 months now and really haven't seen much of a difference at all. Unsure if it's just a gimic or my toddler body just doesn't seem to care for it but for $80 I really wish it did something to help with sleeping.

I was on medication for restless legs and about 3 weeks after using the magnesium spray I came off the medication. I also suffered nightly leg cramps. For the restless legs and cramps it is amazing. I’m not sure if it’s the magnesium or coming off my medication but the brain fog is nowhere near as bad. I haven’t noticed an improvement in my sleep. But am so happy the restless legs and cramps have been gone for 8 weeks now.

I read so many amazing reviews about this product so after many years of poor sleep, I was more than willing to give it a try. The web experience, product packaging and delivery was all excellent. Have I noticed a difference? Not really. I have been using it for a couple of months now and recently purchased more. I will continue to use it just in case it's a timing thing as I am willing to try anything. But, the instant results people are talking about. I didn't experience them in any way! Which was disappointing.
