I was skeptical at first, having tried other products and no results. I kept seeing ads for this and read more about it and thought I'd try since they had a money back guarantee. It took a couple of months but I am pleasantly surprised how great it has worked. I'm not 100% but I'm not where I was at when I started. I couldn't bend my knee enough to put on pants. Going down steps was 1 at a time. That has all vastly changed and improved. I can even get in/out of my car w/o pain.

I get bad leg cramps at night, some to the point I am in tears. The leg cramps stuff I had been using was not working anymore. One day, two or three years ago, I saw this commercial for MAG R&R muscle recovery and sleep support and decided to give it a try. That was the best decision I made. The serving size is 3 capsules. The majority of the time all I need is one a night. Every now and then I have to take two a night for 2 or 3 nights, then I can go back to one a night. Thank you SaltWrap for this amazing product.

Just finished my second month and optimistic it's helping my joints, especially my knees. I am just starting to run/job in the gym and as a bigger guy it can get rough but noticing less aches etc. I plan on staying the course and my wife is taking it as well.
