My local postal service lost the package, before even a couople month passed, the team offered to send me new pieces, and they expedited the shipment!
The pieces are looking great, feel heavy on the hand as a mark of quality. They were also very available in any matter regarding customs, worth every penny.

I received a ring as a gift and I love it. It’s top quality and looks really cool.

The team’s customer service is also great.
At first I thought it might not be the right size so we enquired about an exchange. The team’s response was very prompt, helpful and friendly, and they diligently followed up to check in. You can tell they care, and are passionate, about their products and customer service.

Turns out the size is fine but from what was explained the exchange process would have been straightforward.

I’d highly recommend SD both in terms of the quality and style of their products (again, I love) and supporting a company that is passionate and provides great service.

So, my partner found this company a little while ago and gave me their web addy as “an idea” for his birthday gifts. What he didn’t know at that time was that I had already got him his birthday gifts. So when some life events happened and I wanted to get him something to commemorate getting through the rough stuff, they were my first thought. So I ordered the pieces of jewelry he had mentioned. And when I got them, I surprised him with them and he absolutely loves them. He fawned over all of them and has since had at least one of them on at all times. The customer service rep ( the one I had contact with was named Ingrid) was an absolute angel. She responded to my questions in no time, and cleared up any confusion or questions I had! Even with the time difference (They are based out of Australia and I live in Hawaii) they got back faster than any other company I’ve contacted! Salty Dagger has a new loyal customer in me!

The pieces are unique, easily to become family heirlooms and the presentation (the box, the cloth and other carefully selected little items) is a gift in itself. The result: you got the feeling that you’ve purchased an item made by a human being made for human beings. As good as it gets!!

Use weren’t kidding when you say to sit down when opening your box because especially the design on the gift one was just wicked!
