Horrible
Horrible. I bought their col rizada y remolacha en polvo.
The remolacha came and was a block, like a stone, couldn't even break it.
When I asked the origin of the products they said "Europe" and couldn't even tell me which country, they did not know, extremely suspicious.
When I texted about the beet powder being a stone and clearly a bad product, they said I didn't "store it well"
Goes without saying it was like this when it arrived and their other product stored in the same cold cabinet where I keep all my other powders was fine and in powder form.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I suspect even the "organic" sourcing they state is fake since they can't even state which country it's sourced from, and clearly the quality is horrendous, and support wouldn't even refund some 7 Euros product that is obviusly bad. How are businesses like this even running?
