Efficiency. Works well. Watch out for additional fees?!

Don't waste your money on subscription. The same cars are selling for 2 years, as they bid against you and want price higher than the market price.

What an outfit this company is. They protect their sellers over the purchaser ever time, even when the purchaser has a valid claim. I had storage fees thrown at me even though I wasn't advised there would be any fees over numerous emails with the seller.

The vehicle I purchased was not described properly nd I've had such a bad experience with them, I would never use them ever again.

Never go near Charlotte Motors Salvage.

They are the last seller you want to deal with.

I bought a car with only one scratch on the wing. When I went there to get the car, I found out that the car had a major problem with the transmission. Many parts were replaced after the accident except the transmission which is still dripping oil. I refused to take the car and will sue them.

Silver lake in Southampton is really honest and good service. I bought 2 cars from them and both were as described but ASM in Oxford is very dodgy with wrong information, one of the reasons they don’t let you viewing the car is they sell dodgy cars without letting you see the car and their descriptions is all wrong, I bought a car from them which was saying run and drive but that car was totally dead, I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy a car from ASM as it will cost you a lot with their dodgy cars

The most terrible auction in the world .
Fees for the car which cost 500 pounds is 320 pounds. That more than 60% cost of the car.
Will never use it again .

terrible experience, the biggest fees bought two cars from them spent 2k and then scrapped them as they are not subject to restoration no v5 all cars, if you won a car for 600 you have to paid 1000.

Please Avoid this poor auction eBay or marketplace much better you shouldn't pay 40% of fees

Worst description, hiding the damage on most of the cars and sell flood damage cars as trade car. Extremely poor customer service and massive scam

It's a copycat of other 3 scamming sites in UK, Copart and Synetiq as well.A decent car with less than 80,000 miles never has documents and often has problems even for export, a car with over 80,000 miles or at least 15 years old strangely documents are possible to have, so if you are a thief you buy from another thief, but if you're honest you're screwed

Bid and won a car at auction.
Then when received the invoice they want to charge extra for paying by debit card.
It's only 1% (adds up then the vehicle is 1000s of pounds),but this was not mentioned anywhere before in the terms and conditions or the auction fees.
Not payed as of yet and will be emailing to see what they say. So far it's been a bad start to buying from here. If resolved I will update my review.

I bought renault clio mk4 front ASM the . Faking images and hiding the problems to sell the car, i work with images and I can see that most of the damage to the car has been avoided also when u call to ask they have very poor customer service with little knowledge about job.

I purchased a car with a description starts and drives from Brentwood auto spares. However on attempting to collect the vehicle it started but did not engage in any of the manual gears- no reverse or any of the forward gears 1-5 engaged. Surely the gearbox is non functional and this wasn’t mirrored in the description. On speaking to the agent, I was advised that there is no guarantee that the vehicle would drive yet there is factual statement that the car starts and drives- vehicle was left at the auction premises. Who protects us as customers from such misrepresentations.

I had a problem, that I was not sure how to rectify. The Salvage Market team guided me right through the process

I have bought several vehicles from Salvage Market, for myself, wife and children. My current car, bought from Salvage Market, is not only superb but cost about 60% less than buying privately!!!
OK so I bid on a car, and due to unforeseen circumstances, I didn't pay for it, advised SalavgeMarket etc, but due to non payment Imy account was suspended, Urggghh, but my fault. To restore my account would cost £100 (the cost of yearly membership to the inferior Copart) Any how, long story short, an exchange of emails between myself and SalvageMarket, meant I only had to pay £50 to unsuspend my account. I fully appreciate SalvageMarket doing this, as it was my fault. The only amendment I would add is, perhaps two failed payments should result in an account suspension (ebay has three no payments and you are suspended etc) But am happy with the way we negotiated my account being unsuspended, so 5 stars. I am a genuine customer of Salvage Market and a verified Trustpilot reviewer.
