A Real Bad Experience...
I had a real bad experience with Salwari.com. I bought two sarees from them. The Blouse stitching is really bad, it looks like a school girls petticoat and its not wearable at all. When I notified them and they agreed to replace with another blouse, but later they said they will do only one blouse. Even the remodeled one is not good. And for the second one they are not willing to do anything. I will never recommend Salwari.com to anyone. They are not even answering my calls now.

Because we value each and every one of our customers, we ensure that all stitching is completed in accordance with the measurements. We've already sent you pictures of the blouses, and they were made precisely to the measurements you gave. If products are stitched in accordance with provided measurements, our exchange policies prohibit us from returning or having them restitched.
However, we defied our policies in your case and had your blouse repaired. You just mentioned the red blouse to us, not the black one. Only the red blouse was sent when we asked you to send the blouse for restitching. Before we told you that the red blouse had been restitched, nothing about the other blouse was mentioned. If you wanted both blouses adjusted, you should have told us earlier. We don't know what the issue is if the blouses were sewn using measurements.
We apologize if your experience was unpleasant, but we did everything we could to help you with your problems. We maintained contact throughout by phone call and WhatsApp, and communication was conducted.
