An elaborate scam
I believe that this is likely an elaborate scam. They've created a functional if labyrinthine website complete with a customer service line and live chat agent and photo editing modules for every imaginable kind of print job. They have dozens of 'same day rush' delivery options and timelines you pay hundreds or thousands out of desperation to square away your very small (or large batch) printing logistics needs. Then...as in our case and many other reviews here—they miss the expected production deadline to courier your job to you that you paid for. When you call or speak to the live agent you're ridiculed for falling for their tricky wording and chastised for not paying for a doubly or triply expensive guaranteed option. The options as listed on the site are hard to understand in print, and if you call for assistance they may misdirect you as I feel they did in our case. We have not received our print order and have not received any further communications from them after requesting a refund which they denied.
Complete SCAM
I ordered a same day printing for over $1000, and never got the job, tried to contact their support over 10 times and couldn't get a refund, or understand why my service is being delayed
Pricing for delivery is huge
Pricing for delivery is huge. I needed some little personalized parking sings and after claiming they are 24 hrs delivery, you discover 5 options starting with at $40 for regular shipment up to $300 for expedited. Scammers in plain sight. Also, their company is not even listed on google.maps.
BewareBeware - Scam Alert!
Beware - Scam Alert!
I had a terrible experience with Same Day Rush Printing. They claim to offer legitimate services, but it's all a scam. Their payment methods, like Zelle, don't even work. My bank flagged their transactions as fraudulent and advised me this was a scam. On top of that, they don’t have any valid physical address listed, which is a huge red flag. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. Total scam!
This is a SCAM, do not trust this site
This is a SCAM. Do not send them any cash transfer payments. You will not get printing and they will keep asking for more money. They threaten you if you complain and leave bad reviews. Whoever runs this scam needs to be in jail.
SCAM: This place is not real
On 7/24/24 I ordered a hard cover book that was needed within a day or 2 and couldn't find another place, so we decided it was worth paying extra. We clearly chose "Production Turnaround Time : Same Day". At checkout, the price almost doubled if we were to use a credit card, so we opted to do a wire transfer for no fees. (First red flag I shoulda caught :-( The next day after sending the bank transfer, the status of order was still on hold, waiting for payment. I spoke to customer service and they said there are a lot of orders ahead of mine and should be patient etc. Finally at the end of day 7/25 the status changed to "payment received" But since then nothing. Status is still the same on the site and when I called again today 7/29 - they said it will be ready on Wed or Thurs (7/31 - 8/1)
Anyhow, it's too late for me to do anything with the product so I requested a refund first on live chat but was only told that there are no refunds etc. Then I called cust service again today and I asked for a refund since my order clearly states that I paid for same day rush. They told me to speak to live chat. Nothing. No refunds etc. The addresses listed on their major cities are also scams - I did a few google searches and found the addresses were different businesses. Or just very fishy. This place seems like a real scam and they did a good job with their website making it seem real. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
Horrible customer service
I tried to order from this company. Customer service is rude and unwilling to help. Dont waste your time with this printer.
This company is a scam and all their ratings/BBB rating is fake. (It shows 5stars on TrustPilot)
I placed an order and paid extra fees for the order to be delivered same day. A hold was placed on the order, nothing was communicated. I resolved the issue, well before the "3pm cut off for same day delivery" but was told I need to pay even more to actually get it delivered that day. Since this would make the order unusable at that point, I requested a refund. I have contacted the business repeatedly and had no response.
IT'S A SCAM! They will steal your money
They will steal your money. The SAME DAY service arrived 4 DAYS LATER, and it was PRINTED UPSIDE DOWN! When I called, they REFUSED TO REFUND ME. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They’ll take your money and you get what you get.
Ordered same day printing for heat presses, my bank took a few hours to pay (like they do). Funds were submitted 30 minutes after their cutoff time, even though the order was placed 5 hours prior.
Had to resort to their Velox rush service, which guaranteed delivery by 9am, or a refund would be offered. It’s well past 9am without delivery, so I called to have the emergency service refunded. If I didn’t pay for the emergency service, I’d have them today either way. Now that they’re late, it made no difference to pay an extra 200%. They’re now refusing the refund because “they’ll be delivered soon, it’s a reasonable amount of time past the guarantee”.
The person even went so far as to tell me he’s the supervisor and to not even ask to talk to someone else, and “good luck getting a refund, they all come through me”.
The guy I spoke to needs to be fired, and I’m going to have my attorney review this given all of the other similar stories on reviews, and them not adhering to their own policies. A guaranteed time does not have reasonable allowances beyond that time.
Please learn from my mistake & save your money
I am almost certain this company is a complete scam-- and on the off chance this review makes it to their website, I hope to warn you. I feel like they must pay more for positive reviews than they do fulfilling orders. I blame myself for not doing more due diligence-- and am now likely out $682 with nothing but frustration to show for it.
I placed an order for 1000 custom orders on 7/5/23, paid via EFT on 7/6/23, received immediate confirmation that the transfer was successful, and was given a status update to expect my delivery on 7/12/23.
On 7/24/23, I had still not received my order. I first tried reaching out via chat to get the status, but they were unable to provide information-- so I called. Customer service took 40 minutes to tell me that they had tracked down my order to the point where they had seen it had been printed, but for that reason, I would have to submit an 'Order Issue' form to get it reprinted and shipped.
I went to the website to find the form and had to resort to chat to get its location as it was not easily navigatable on the site. I submitted the form and was informed that I should hear something soon.
Today, 7/26/23, I tried using chat on two occasions to get an update. Both times I was connected to a 'human,' described my issue, and was told, "Let me check," before they disconnected.
After that, several attempts were made call. None of the customer service representatives could provide any additional information (assuming they didn't just hang up). Finally, began just requesting refunds, but the only way they were authorized was via the manager-- however, all calls forwarded to the manager were sent to a voicemail.
Long story short, this is a loss-- but I hope it doesn't have to be one for you, too. We have also reported to BBB, so hopefully, Samedayrushprinting.com will be documented as fraudulent there, too.
I ordered a tablecloth runner and paid…
Update one month later:
Order status is still the same: "Under File Review"
The estimated delivery date still: July 3rd...
now it's August 7th
I ordered a tablecloth runner and paid a premium price for "same day" printing ($ 160) and delivery by local courier ($ 152) on Monday. The estimated time for delivery was quoted between 5 pm - 12 am on the same day. No delivery on that day, and no delivery until Friday morning (day five after placing the "same day" order)
I had a feeling that there is something fishy when during the order process, they told me that credit cards don't work at the moment and that I should use PayPal but said that I should send the money to one of their employees, marked as a payment to "Friends and Family". the employee's email address is a .gmail address.
Their support responded that they don't guarantee the times and offered to change my contract for an additional $ 345.
I went to the local address in Phoenix listed on their website. The address exists, but there is no printing company, but a different business.
This leads me to believe that their offer of same-day printing is a scam. I cannot make any statement about any of their other offers, and I will never know as I will never order anything from them again. I lost $ 341, did not get the product needed for an exhibition (which has now ended), and spent hours chasing after it.
