Thank you, The only issue was that the tees were to be completed by a certain day, when we called the next day it was going to take an additional 3 days. After relaying our case there was a guarantee the shirts by the end of the day. Which was perfect since our event started right after we received them.

I really wanted this to be great. My shirts were supposed to be DTG prints, but they don’t look and feel like shirts from other vendors. It feels and sounds like a vinyl sticker on a shirt. This is combined with the fact that the graphic was oversized. Customer service was pretty unresponsive and when they finally did respond, basically all that could be said was that I needed to add more comments. Guess it was my fault. I wish they seemed to care more.

We ordered from samedaytees hoping for a swift delivery, and as far as I can tell, samedaytees processed the order and made it within one business day. The problem arose when it took 6 days to ship, when we selected the 'two day shipping option'. Now, this could be wholly the responsibility of the mail carrier, but some fault lies with samedaytees; the interface for selecting shipping options is not clear on the priority of the shipping. Many options had the same timeframe, but increased price, for no discernable benefit. Even when we asked a customer service rep about which option to choose, the option they directed to us did not exist, so we were stuck choosing the option that sounded the closest to what they advised.

Ultimately, the shirts we received were great, and exactly what we ordered, but the experience was not the best.

The important thing was meeting the deadline - they certainly did that (48 hours later we have a happy client) - thank you.

I was able to speak to someone right away, who was able to help me with my graphics.

Everything. The shirts came in the wrong color so I had to change to your stock shirt. They were supposed to be ready Wednesday bc I flew out Thursday and they were not ready until Thursday so I had a heck of a time getting there. The children’s shirts were wrong size.

Great job with print! Only took a couple weeks to get here. Definitely ordering more form this company.

Good color & shirt choices. Shirts do run bigger than expected. For example, I usually wear a men’s large. The competition wicking t-shirts I bought I fit in a medium. Colors printed were good, but not spot on.

Danielle did a great job for our car club. We give her a bunch of sizes & colors with our logo and she managed to get us a quote the next day. Great job on the tees with friendly service. Will be back for more.

The staff was great. I called for information in the early morning then ended up placing my order incorrectly online. They were kind enough to email me as a follow up and very patient since I ended up calling three times to correct my errors. T-shirts were done same day as promised and look fantastic!

I placed my order on the 24th of July and selected priority shipping. On the 28th I was told they would arrive to me by the 10th of August. I’m not sure why they are called same day tees but was told they type of order I had didn’t qualify for expedited service. All I wanted was an image printed on a tee shirt so I’m not sure what other service would qualify. So the lady on the phone told me I could get them by the 2nd if I picked them up. I agreed to do that. She changed the order to reflect that and I received an email confirming the change. On the 1st I received another email saying that my order was ready for pick up. The next day I drove over an hour to pick up the shirts only to get to the facility and find out they sent my order out to be delivered to my home. The woman that delivered the news was unapologetic about the mishap and was very rude and condescending. When I asked why wasn’t I notified of the change she said I don’t know they’re not here.

FAST service, cheaper than other providers, and the customer service over the phone was GREAT. Would 100% order through them again.

To get next-day shipping, we ordered the shirts Thursday at 9:44 AM ish (had to be before 10:00 AM), and then received them on Friday at about 12:00 PM!

Was exactly what we wanted, and the quality is great.
