This site is definitely worth checking out. Whilst the variety in stock isn’t as wide as your major retailers, there are some deals to be found here. Unfortunately, I had to return my order due to sizing issues but overall in terms of delivery, returns process and customer service all round I was impressed and will definitely be checking out Same Day Trainers any time I am looking to buy new trainers.

I made the same mistake, this is not the same company, these guys are extremely helpful and not the same phoney company you ordered from. Please contact them by phone to clarify.

I ordered pair of trainers 27th January. Received an email confirming order and saying I would hear from them when trainers were shipped. 13th February now and still no response to my email asking what's happening. Sameday trainers sort it iut

Purchased a pair of sunglasses. Initially sent the wrong pair but communicated really well on WhatsApp and shipped the correct pair the next day with a discount applied for inconvenience. Excellent customer service to fix the problem.

Fantastic customer service, called the mobile number on the website to ask if delivery can be sent today so I can receive in time for Xmas, Harry was a great help asked me to forward the link to him of what I would like to order and he can check availability for delivery. Replied straight away with confirmation for delivery. Fantastic customer service, will 100% use this website again.

Just to say in a negative world I ordered a pair of Adidas black samba trainers on 19th August 25 and received them by royal mail less than 24hrs later and for only 99p delivery .brilliant service.
