Dr. Samet Ağcayazı is absolutely incredible! Before booking with him, I was able to have a brief online consultation, in which he immediately made me feel comfortable. A day prior to my operation we had a face-to-face consultation, and Dr. Ağcayazı was very straightforward about the results he could achieve—the results that he did achieve! Not only do I love the look he has perfected, but I can already breathe so much better than I could prior to my surgery (I had a deviated septum that Dr. Ağcayazı corrected). I am thrilled with my results, as well as all of the assistance given to me by Dr. Ağcayazı‘s team and wonderful assistants. I can’t recommend him or this experience enough!

From the beginning the assistant, nurse were great at communication, i was late for all three appointments and they were very patient and still let me check in. I am 7 days post op and i am already happy with the results i have even if my nose is swollen. Dr. Samet knew from the moment i walked in what it was i was looking for, he wants a nose you are happy with and what suits your face best.

I had my rhinoplasty on September 18th 2025. It’s still too early to judge the long-term results, but I can already share my impressions and experience so far.

From the very first consultation, Dr. Samet was extremely friendly, inspiring confidence — and completely justified it in the end. What I especially appreciate is his honesty: he doesn’t create false hopes or illusions, but truly does his best. He clearly explains what’s possible and what’s not, and delivers exactly what was discussed.

The surgery went smoothly and without any complications. I didn’t even feel the anesthesia, and after the operation, I woke up quickly — no nausea, no weakness, it felt like waking up from an afternoon nap.

On days 3–4, the swelling was at its peak, then gradually went down, just as expected. I didn’t have a single bruise, even though my surgery was quite complex. The result so far looks very neat and, most importantly for me, beautifully natural — exactly as we discussed during the consultation.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and can sincerely recommend this doctor.

As for the clinic — everything was great. The hospital staff don’t speak much English, but that’s not a problem these days, as a translator is available. Everyone was polite and professional.

I had my rhinoplasty operation with Dr. Samet Agcayazi exactly a week ago but I can already say that my experience thanks to him and his assistant Aleyna has been more than satisfactory.
