Regret purchasing from this website

I ordered a Sam Fender top for my son. It arrived and the quality was extremely poor. It was £90
So I returned it…they received my order back 18th September and I have still not had a refund. They confirmed they had received it but are now not replying to any of my emails asking for an update.
Found the overall experience very poor and stressful, I’m unsure if I will get the refund.
I find the website extremely non user friendly..no way to contact other than emails. I certainly would never shop here again.

Outstanding

Ordered many, many times from the website and never had an issue, great that they charge a flat rate shipping option regardless of how large the order is. Can’t wait for the new album
