Very disappointing experience with Sam…

Very disappointing experience with Sam Furnitures after ordering through an Instagram advert.

Customer service was great before I paid, but everything changed afterwards. Communication became poor, the delivery staff were unprofessional, and the wardrobe arrived with unlabelled parts, making it very difficult to assemble.

When I asked for help, Sam insisted only he could assemble it and wanted an extra £100. He then cancelled the assembly appointment twice, only telling me he wasn't coming after I chased him. Someone finally came on the third attempt, but the LED lighting fell off within hours due to poor quality.

Customer service and professionalism: 0/5. Don't be fooled by the excellent first impression—it didn't reflect the after-sales service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. AVOID samfurnitures.co.uk
