They always come thru. Connection always fast. Would use no other site than this one.

I was very skeptical this would work but was blown away when it did

I was very skeptical this would work, especially after some of the more suspicious account requirements but after some creative thinking and following Gemini support, I can happily say this service helped me correct a marooned phone from never getting updates. 10/10 this is legit.

No longer carrier locked! AWESOME!!!

For a second time I fell victim of Amazon Renew. I purchased aa Samsung Tablet only to find out it was carrier locked (supposed to be an unlocked device per the ad on Amazon) and customer service was no help. So I started down the internet rabbit hole and found SamFw.com, and they had a simple, free, downloadable software that could (and indeed did) help resolve my problem. I am ABSOLUTELY happy with not only the software, but the guidance through the process! I cannot thank you enough for the help, and since I am on disability right now I cannot donate money, but I can write a review reflecting my experience. THANK YOU, SamFw.com!
