Don't order anything, clearly a scam

I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago, but I still haven't received my item.
I have emailed them twice, once from the confirmation email and once from the website. I haven't received any response.
So I'm guessing that this place is a scam which is disappointing as I had ordered something for my young child.

Definitely looking like a scam so far

Definitely looking like a scam I ordered just under 2 months ago and still nothing has arrived no updates or response from the shop either I initially thought they maybe waiting on a delivery or something because the things i ordered are sold out but if that's the case please inform your customers in an ideal world I would like the products I bought or a refund but unfortunately I doubt I will get either if I do receive one of these I will update the review but with the current display of unprofessional business management I think this is going to remain here unchanged

Packaging is super cute, ideal for a gift.

I've been chasing down tiktok sweets for my daughter and ended up here. I ordered from two other places 2 and 3 days earlier. They all arrived today, so Samoorai are 2 or 3 days quicker (for me) than other vendors. The packaging is a pastel coloured, branded and decorated (inside and out) box, ideal for a gift. Samoorai's postage was also cheaper than the other 2 vendors (for more things!)
All in all, I'm super happy. It arrived on time, packaging is on point and it stocked the stuff I wanted. (Popin' Cookin')

Great product but awful customer service

Ordered 2 boxes on special offer and they were amazing
Only issue is wouldbe great to have a translated ingredients list due to allergies
Good value

However customer service is awful. I have been trying to contact them for weeks because I want to order something for valentines and I wondered if they are doing a special box because I can see one on their site but it's unavailable

They just don't answer any emails or social media or anything. Really disappointing because I referred alot of people to their page
