I really enjoy the bracelets I received!! Really cool colors and I wear them pretty much everyday now! Would highly recommend to anyone! Always love to support a new business.

The products came in a timely manner and they looked great and felt like it’s good quality. And when I want to do an exchange because of the color, they were very prompt in responding and making sure the exchange was done right. Didn’t know they are a startup and for sure will recommend them to my family and friends.

The products are great and the service is excellent. I ordered a product that was too large (my fault), and team agreed to replace the product and allow me to keep the original (as a gift for someone else) having to only pay the shipping cost.
Julia has been very quick to respond, professional and very helpful.

This company went above and beyond with my previous order that was wrong. Colors didnt match the website and accidently ordered the wrong size. They take their customer satisfaction seriously and were able to help me out and am happy with the service provided.

I tried to exchange an order because the bracelet was way too small and they will not respond. I emailed them and have not received a reply. They claim 24/7 customer support but ghost you when there’s an issue. It shouldn’t be this hard to request support or an exchange. Now I want a full refund.

Purchased a bracelet 4 months ago which unfortunately developed a fault resulting in the bracelet falling off regularly. Contacted Samos and couldn’t fault the response. After a promptly responded to email a replacement has been despatched and hopefully no more similar issues with the replacement.

Bought a 20 inch chain w/cross, and also a 24 inch chain w/pendent. Both black chains. Worn one time each. The snap and hook broke on both.
Have texted Julia several times? Asking for an address and phone number and a return order. They do NOT RESPOND!Not good business practice!Warranty is trash,if they won’t respond or refund or replace??continually sending to buy more. But don’t provide easy information needed for complaints. Do not buy as gifts or anything. They don’t HONOR anything!

The swap for a bigger size was so easy! They responded and got the new one sent in minutes from my original email.

Very good customer service...Made a mistake in ordering wring size and Julia very quickly accommodated me for my mistake and I exchanged for another bracelet. Bracelet ia amazing and great quality. Shipping was very fast in my opinion hence coming from China and co es with a very accurate tracking service...Highly recommended and I would buy from them again...

Advertised as high quality rope.

Received what looked like a plastic shoe lace burnt at each end to prevent fraying. Terrible. The product was shipped directly from China, and a read of the fine print on their website clearly is all copy/ paste templates (that don't link when they should), and badly written English.

Despite looking like a high class Western brand, it is all cheap Chinese tat.

Beautiful jewellery, delivered quickly and communicated effectively when order was being processed, dispatched and sent a discount code for future order. When I had to contact customer services to arrange an exchange (we measured husbands wrist incorrectly and he just needed a different size), Julia from customer services couldn’t have been more helpful and super quick and dealing with the exchange for me. Will definitely be ordering from Samos again 🙂

Excellent product quality on the 4 rope bands I purchased. Customer support was excellent +. They quickly solved my issue in a way that exceeded my expectations and followed through to ensure everything was perfect. Great company!

Great company to deal with! I bought my two son’s and wife bracelets and they loved them! Just 2 of them were a bit small and I had to exchange. Their customer support was very responsive, easy and very generous to deal with. I highly recommend buying from Samos Jewelry. I will definitely use them again!

I had to exchange my bracelets for a different size. I emailed the company and an exchange order was placed right away. The lady helping me was very nice. I highly recommend this company. The bracelets are amazing and I plan to buy more but the customer service is top notch!

Order was too small so had to go the next size up. Customer service was excellent and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was happy with my order. Would happily order from them again.

Very slow delivery and starting to believe the company is a scam. In other words they source product from AliExpress or Etsy, brand it as their own and then ship to you (hence the delivery delay), all the while fleecing you for your hard earned money. I’m not falling for one of these again and I’m cross at myself because I spent > AUD 200…
