This has genuinely been one of the best purchases I’ve made, spotted a similar ring to the one I ordered online and after taking some time to find a jeweller that could custom make rings I stumbled across samozanne.design ! Everything about this experience has been top tier, from communication to the crafting of the ring you absolutely can’t fault what this guy is doing and for the price too it’s really a no brainer when it comes to purchasing something custom and the pre made designs on the site look great aswell. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for clean custom made jewellery I cannot express enough how good this experience has been they even sent me a mock up before the design was made making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, just little things like that made such a big difference. Sam you are a great dude and you are going to go extremely far mate I appreciate the work !

Have bought a couple of pieces now from Sam and the quality of the designs and the jewellery itself is awesome!

Got my dad a stone roses ring for his birthday, great quality, there is a 4 to 6 week lead time as they're made to order which I hadn't realised , but I contacted Sam and he went out of his way to get it for me on time , his communication with me was spot on and he came through to get it made on time , brilliant customer service and top quality product would definitely recommend .

Sam was amazing, I contacted him via email on the 16th December. Despite Sam having a site cut off of 21st November for site rings, within a day he'd confirmed sizes available for rings I'd asked about and shipped it to me in time for Christmas. My partner is absolutely in love with it. Cannot fault the workmanship or the customer service.

This is my second ring from Sam. I came up with an idea what i wanted and Sam designed and created exactly what i asked. The G-Shock ring is fabulous and the minute detail is awesome. Sam makes rings with a good weight too. Already got another ring on order from Sam. I certainly recommed

The whole experience with Sam was brilliant. I was able to email him to ask some questions and make some slight tweaks to my order before putting it through. He was happy to accommodate my needs and answered by questions fast and thorough.
I ordered two rings, one of each initial signet ring and couldn’t have asked for a better product. 100% worth the investment to get the best quality jewellery I own.
I would recommend Sam massively for any custom pieces, so much care and attention goes into each piece.

Sam was a delight to work with while designing my custom ring. He gave a handful of options I could choose from and answered any queries quickly and with ease. The final product itself it’s perfect, I’m so happy with it! It was a present for my partners birthday so Sam also made sure it arrived on time which was the cherry on top! (Needless to say, my partner loves his new ring too!)

Sam has a very personal touch in how he deals with each customer. I found a lot of thoughtfulness had gone into how to make the experience tailored to you, from the very first email, right through to the final product arriving. Sam’s fantastic communication and obvious vast knowledge and skill in his trade left me with not a worry that the piece was going to arrive exactly how I envisioned. I gave Sam a complex reference for a signet ring in silver and he designed it perfectly! My partner has had the ring 2 years now and it’s not lost any of the finer detailing - we’re loving how it’s aging 👌

I've had two custom rings made by Sam now. The first one we played around with the font for a number 22 ring and I was super happy with it when it arrived. It looked amazing and fit perfectly.

The second ring was a complete custom of my artist logo. Sam sent a design and it looked great so we decided to go ahead.
Well the ring arrived today and I was absolutely blown away! He managed to get so much detail of my logo into the ring and it looks even better than the pictures he sent from the design stage.

Really can't thank you enough Sam. I'm chuffed to bits!

Customer service was great, couldn't fault it. Had multiple designs to choose from for a custom ring I'd asked for. Ring arrived today and I’m very happy with it. I'd also say the price I paid for a custom ring felt like a bargain. 5 Star

Fantastic service. Fast reply to emails. Was extremely happy with product. Would recommend to friends. Shipping said 4-8 weeks but was less than a week. Just in time for chrisrmas.
