Poor customer service
Part of my Samsaraherbs order exploded within the mailing packaging en route during shipping. I have sent 3 emails and a phone call-not able to talk to a person, only able to leave a voice message. It's been over 2 weeks. I can't use what was sent and I am out that money. This is horrible customer service!

The person in charge of customer support, while initially doing a great job, started to skip customer emails more often and we only found out afterwards.
