Excellent customer service from a company who deliver as promised.
I used the on-line booking service which is quick and easy to use. On the appointment day I received a telephone call from Sam (the owner) stating that they would be with me within half an hour. Upon arrival Sam checked on access to the front and rear of the property, it was decided to use a machine for the rear gutters which took less than ten minutes, the front gutter was cleaned by a traditional method. There was no mess left behind, the owner of the company is personable and explains the process. Sam’s gutters is well deserved of a five star rating and they will definitely have repeat business from me, the cost is competitive and good value for money.

We've been in our house just over two years and have had about 20 tradespeople in. I'm admittedly a perfectionist, but there's only about three or four folk I'd have back. Sam is 100% in that group. Trustworthy, reliable, fair and honest and I've recommended the company to others who had been let down (again and again) and he delivered. He's already done a two or three different jobs for us - all beyond satisfaction.👏🏻👍🏻

The company was easy to deal with from the start with fast and efficient responses to my queries. The quote was reasonable and works were carried relatively soon after confirming I wanted the service, despite recent storms making it a busy time for gutter clearance. Sam arrived on time, explained everything and carried out the work to a high standard, as evidenced by the photos. I would recommend and use again.

Couldn't be happier, the process was simple and Sam is incredibly open about pricing and what is included for the money. The website was easy to get a quotation, without Sam having to visit the house first. Booking a date was straightforward. Sam was bang on time, happy to explain the process and got on with the job at hand with zero fuss at all, despite the state of some of our guttering. Photo's were shown and Sam was even polite enough to ask if he could use our brown bin. Genuinely a top experience, would use again without hesitation.

Efficient, reliable and extremely professional. Samuel came out to clean out gutters in November. He made videos of the cleaning before and after so we knew how bad they were! We had a problem with one of the gutters leaking and he was happy to come back and make the repairs quickly. 100% would recommend him!

Really friendly and personable service. They unfortunately had a puncture and were unable to make the initial appointment but they phoned swiftly, rebookee and offered a discount for the inconvenience.

I’d suggest giving Sam’s Gutter Cleaning a try. I got a quick competitive quote when I asked, and they finished the job even though it was cold and windy.They’re well organised and talk to you clearly all the way through. I would recommend Sam's Gutter Cleaning. I got a prompt reply to my request for a quote and I did not have to wait long for the work to be carried out, even though the weather conditions were far from good at the time. Had Sam out the other week to clean my gutters and wash them. Couldn’t believe how much gunge was removed. Since then my gutters have run much better and we realised should have been done more regular.
