Popped in to Repair Centre on Oxford Street as wheel on suitcase had broken. Ricardo provided exceptional customer care - friendly and helpful. Wheel sorted inside 15 mins and a very happy customer.

I required assistance with a broken wheel on a suitcase. The Samsonite repairs team in the Oxford Street store were absolutely fantastic. I spoke to them on the phone explaining the problem initially and then I WhatsApped over more information. I was then able to pop into store and purchase the part in order to fix the suitcase wheel at home. They were polite, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with them. I would highly recommend them.

Current generation of bags is poor quality.
I bought several because I liked the style. One by one they are breaking. Also trying to get them returned has been a nightmare via John Lewis. Happy to show photos.

Went in with an incredibly old suitcase that had a completely damaged wheel. The repair centre didn't have spare parts as it was bought in America and so had different parts not used here, but Riccardo managed to put 4 new wheels while I waited that nearly matched which is amazing! Saved a good suitcase from landfill and given it a new lease of life for at least half a decade. Thank you so much for the fix!

I’m incredibly happy with the service I’ve received! With my flight coming up soon and the handle of my suitcase broken, I was truly stressed and didn’t know how to fix the situation. Riccardo kindly and expertly assisted me: my suitcase was quite old and the spare parts were no longer available, but he reassured me that they would find a solution.
And they did! In just about half an hour, Riccardo and Chez managed to fix the problem by cleverly using a component from another suitcase. The result? A job well done: not only functional and sturdy, but also great-looking!
So thank you!! I can now travel home with my fixed luggage. I had lost hope since the part was no longer in production, but you made it work anyway. Super recommended!

Bought a really nice duffle bag too and staff were fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone with a damaged or quick fix samsonite case needing a repair. Or to buy a great bit of luggage!

Ricardo was fantastic. Whilst I was only looking to replace one back wheel as they were no longer in production (the warranty was expired) all were replaced but I was only charged for what I needed (£9). I found this to be really fair. It took one hour. And he was professional, friendly, fair and kind. I’m really happy with the experience and would recommend Samsonite due not only it’s good looking and functional luggage but also due to its great team and after care.

Stuck mid-trip with a broken carry-on handle. Brought in an old, US model soft case. Unsurprisingly, they didn’t have the replacement in stock, but Riccardo was an absolute gent, finding a close enough part and getting it to fit so that I could continue my journey.
