I tried and I tried and I tried to…

I tried and I tried and I tried to unlock it and it doesn't work en when I ask for a refund they blocked the conversation and lie saying that it shows unlocked on their side the phone it's still locked and when I put in the unlocking code they send it replies unlock successful but it's still locked and I found that that when you put any number you can even put your name instead of the unlocking code and it's still a replies unlock successful it's nothing but a scam and when you call them it's an answering message that is full and you cannot leave any more messages it's nothing but a scam

They charge you 13 usd that is why you may get lured into buying from them.

Anyways i got my money back by filling a complaint in paypal, i don´t know why they are giving support to scammers

Great support team

This service has a very professional support team. My phone did not displayed the IMEI number for some reason and I can not enter the required info to order form for the placing order. Alex (chat agent) was very helpful and showed where to find my IMEI number. After that I have successfully placed my order and unlocked the phone in 15 hours. Everything worked flawlessly. In general, I had a very pleasant feeling after using this service. I recommend this service to everyone.

It's a scam with evidence!

Don't be fulled.

I have ordered the key last March 18 and sent me some fake keys. They sent an app that needs to be installed and some random numbers. It says UNLOCKED, but it's still not. They were not able to unlock my phone. They have mentioned about high security locking and some crap. Until now my phone is still not unlock.

I am not badmouthing their company. Check my order status online.

samsungsimunlock(com)/order-track/philipgeralds(at)gmail(dot)com/ --> EDIT the (at) and (dot) and (com)
You will see that I have ordered the key but until now it still unlocked. Don't be fooled guys. I would not have created this if I wasn't scammed.

If you want proof send me an email. I would be more than happy to send you our email conversation. philipgeralds(at)gmail(dot)com.

TOTAL BS Wasted $13 USD or ₱708 Philippine Peso for this!

I tried their unlock code and did the steps to the letter but still I cannot connect to mobile data using other carrier sim cards that my phone is not locked into, after that I requested for a refund but they seem to avoid answering my request. Here's what I have sent them....
To SamsungSimUnlock Team,

Yes it is showing device permanently unlocked in the app and there was no error, but as what you have seen from my previous screenshots I cannot set my network mode nor set my mobile data to other sim cards that my phone is not locked to.

I am sorry, but as I have said in my last email I am currently not interested in another way to unlock my phone since I have accidentally damaged my sim tray costing me around $19 USD or ₱1000 Philippine Peso to replace from an authorized Samsung Service Center. Therefore I am kindly asking you to refund me the amount in full of what I have paid for the unlock codes and instructions you have sent.

I Hope for your kind understanding and word of honor of your advertisement in the homepage of your website of "100% money back guarantee, no questions asked".

Very Sincerely,

Juel Crucero

And here's their reply..

From SamsungSimUnlock,

We will send request directly to carrier technical support team, they will re-check all details and parameters. Seems like your phone is locked by the highest level of encryption and that`s why you have an issues during unlocking process.
We will update you as soon as we will receive an response regarding your order from the carrier technical support.
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards

And again I requested for a refund....

To SamsungSimUnlock Team,

I am sorry, I have to make this clear, maybe you haven't read all of my emails but as I have said in the last email I've sent I am currently not interested in another way to unlock my phone since I have accidentally damaged my sim tray in the process costing me around $19 USD or ₱1000 Philippine Peso to replace from an authorized Samsung Service Center. Therefore I am kindly asking you to refund me the amount in full of what I have paid for the unlock codes and instructions you have sent.

I Hope for your kindly understanding and word of honor of your advertisement in the homepage of your website of "100% money guarantee, no questions asked".

Truly Yours,

Juel Crucero

And their reply this morning...

Dear customer,
everything is fine, we have sent request to carrier technical support, it’s processing now.
Their server is extra busy right now because they updating databases, so some sort of delay may happen, this is normal process, please don’t worry.
Please wait a bit, we will update you as soon as we will get response from carrier technical support.
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards

Total SCAM! Same response to everyone, pass it on..

SCAM company, total joke, beg for you to remove paypal dispute.

I have all the emails, this is a scam. This was never started, it's a long-drawn out process that someone makes up and never comes to fruition = Scam.

I fell for this September 7th 2018, now November 15, 2018, they still say the same stuff. I got the same email as everyone else with the 'highest level of encryption" BS, I even called T-Mobile earlier and they confirmed, it's a total scam. This is was for an older Galaxy Tab 10.5

DO NOT give this Russian scam another cent. I've notified their web hoster as well, I expect to see them get shut down by the end of the year at the latest.

Total Scam - stay away from this company

Total Scam. I paid $13 for unlocking my samsung device. They sent me a code in the email and an unlock app. I put the code in the app, and it said, phone unlocked. I put the sim in and phone realised that the phone was still locked.

Out of curiosity, I opened that app again and instead of the code put a random number (11111111) and their unlock app still said, phone has been unlocked. This is a very clever scam because most people won't go through paypal to pay them and hence are not able to dispute payments easily.

STEER CLEAR. THESE GUYS ARE CHEATS. THEY DON'T PROVIDE ANY UNLOCKING SERVICE, IT'S A NEAT LITTLE SCAM.

This is a scam site

This is a scam site. They promise a SIM unlock for a vwrey reasonable price.

Then instead of delivering the code they hit you up with an email like this:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

"Dear [CUSTOMER],

we have checked your order and found that Unlock Code for your Samsung phone is available in 'High Range' database because your phone is locked with a highest level of encryption and we have to use a Special Newest 2018 Unlocking Tool (which cost more than normal) to get the correct unlock code for your hard locked phone.

To finish the unlocking process for your Samsung phone please click on this link and transfer pending amount:

[PAYMENT URL]

You will get official factory unlock code and step-by-step instructions to your email address after making transfer of pending amount. 100% guaranteed.

Thank you
SamsungSimUnlockCom team"

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

I know this is a scam because ...

1) I was promised the unlock within (I think) 12 hours. I got that email about 8 days later.

2) After 24 hours, I gave up waiting and contacted the company for a refund - this was ignored so I eventually filed a PP complaint.

3) I got my unlocking done locally without any need for a "2018 Special Unlocking Tool". It was a standard unlock without any complications.

4) A friend warned me about scam sites where they send a link for an extra payment. Apparently this kind of scam is common.

Report this website with the Bluesnap Company…

Report this website with the Bluesnap company, because they are the one who take out the money from our cards, I already complained about that, and if a lot of people that were ripped off by this company do the same, they will refund our money and they are going to cancel the request.

The phone number I called to report this was 1-866-312-7733, and I called from skype, this number is even in the invoice, so do the same you too so you can get your money back.

Great service, highly recommended

I have purchased a second hand samsung galaxy s8 phone and was told that I could use it in any country with any carrier worldwide. but my sim cards was not accepted. I have sent an email to first owner and he gave me a SIM unlock code (which was network unlock puk) but when I did the whole unlocking process I got a message saying that the "attempt was unsuccessful" I have tried again with different sim card and result was the same. The sim card I want to use operates at 1900mhz which is one of the listed frequencies for the s8. The other carrier from my country operates at 850mHz. I have tried to contact carrier support but they did't help at all. After some research I found Samsungsimunlock website and submitted and order. It says - delivery time around 3 hours but I received instructions in 50 mins. I have proceed through all steps and my phone was successfully unlocked, I'm so happy now. Thank you Samsungsimunlock.
