I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The staff were rude and showed no empathy during a very sensitive time. Despite providing clear instructions and going over them multiple times, they failed to follow through properly.

The order of service booklets were a mess — poorly presented and not in line with what had been agreed. This added a great deal of stress to an already difficult situation.

One staff member, Anne Gumbs, behaved unprofessionally and appeared unfit to be dealing with the public. Her conduct raised serious concerns about the standards of the service being provided.

Overall, I would not recommend this company. Their lack of care, empathy, and attention to detail was unacceptable.

Was a really bad experience from start to finish. My Father died and this woman had no compassion, she was rude unfriendly and unprofessional. She deliberately told me the hearse was leaving late so I couldn't follow behind. Lucky I didn't trust her and I managed to catch up near the beginning of the drive to the crematorium. What you did to me was bad, I can only be honest with my review.
