This was my first visit for an initial consultation. Nice, peaceful surroundings, all staff very welcoming, friendly and kind. Dr Low was very efficient, friendly, and explained details of what to expect going forward.

On December 18th, I had an accident while doing DIY that caused a serious cut to my eye, and only a few hours later I was already in surgery. I was concerned and unsure of what the outcome would be. What could have been a permanent injury was completely transformed thanks to Mrs Sancy Low and her outstanding team of professionals. The care I received before, during, and after the surgery was exceptional, and her work was truly amazing. The follow-up care was just as excellent as the surgery itself. Less than one month later, my eye is much improved and continues to heal steadily. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation; she did an excellent job, and I am extremely grateful. Thank you so much for everything you did for me, Mrs Low and the team.

Just over a week ago I had bespoke lens surgery by Dr Low.
I am now very excited every day as I wake up and can see clearly – close up and far away. Something which I have not been able to do since my early teens.
From my pre operation examination to my post operation examination I have been impressed by Dr Low. She has been consistently meticulous in her measurements and calculations, and professional and friendly in her approach, and I am delighted with the results.

It’s been just over one week, and my eyes are simply awesome after your cataract removal surgery and new lenses installed (one eye for distance, one for reading).

I’m sitting in my local Costa doing some remote work this morning as I often do and I can see my laptop screen SOOOOO clearly.

It is a miracle not having to repeatedly switch glasses often between computer work, looking at distance stuff, writing notes in my pad – its just easy, simple, beautiful living life to the fullest. Even with my varifocal glasses the range needed was simple too much for them, so I needed multiple different glasses. Now I don’t. Driving is so much easier too.

Yesterday was my nieces’ baby’s Christening. Lots of laughter with the family at church and lots of tears as my dear sister wasn’t there as she passed away almost 12 months ago. Tears of grief are a sign of love, and I’m glad I could let the tears flow freely with the family to celebrate my sister, her family and particularly the younger generation.

The surgery was painless and discomfort free – totally. You and your team did a remarkable job in the lead up, on the day and with post care. I could not have hoped for anything more.

It has been so worth getting the work done. Thank you so much for this new lease of life.

I consulted Dr. Low for cataract surgery on my left eye, since my right eye had already been treated earlier. From the very first appointment, I felt reassured and confident about having her as my surgeon. She is meticulous in her approach, gives each patient plenty of time, and makes sure every question is answered clearly.

She also played a key role in selecting the most suitable IOL for my second eye, taking into account not just my age and profession, but also the lens already placed in my right eye. Her thoughtful recommendation has given me excellent, spectacle-free vision across all distances, with minimal visual disturbances—truly the best outcome I could have hoped for.

My experience has been excellent. Every thing has been explained as I went throught the process. I was made aware of the success rate. I was treated politely and professionally. It is now just over 2 days post surgery. Already I can see at distance and for reading without the aid of glasses.

Exceptional expertise and care
Surgery for two cataracts and a stent for glaucoma. Very well prepared for the surgery and very well looked after by every member of staff, especially Dr Low and the anaesthetist, all taking great care. The gift of sight is precious. When my vision began to fade, I turned to Dr Sancy Low whom I had met many years ago in a quite different context. Fortunately she remembered. She made an examination followed by a diagnosis with recommendations regarding treatment. The treatment has been carried out with great skill and sensitivity and my eyesight is as good as it has ever been. I am very grateful to Sancy and her Team.

Dr Sancy operated on my left eye previously with great results (see my previous review). It left me wanting her to operate on my right eye as soon as possible because the difference was day and night.

6 weeks after operating on my left eye, Dr Sancy worked her magic on my right eye. And the results were again day and night.

After the operation, I had an eye infection on my left eye. Dr Sancy was immediately on the case sending me antibiotics and within a few days it had settled and the right eye had healed following the operation.

Fast forward 5 weeks and I’ve just seen Dr Sancy to check my eyes and have almost 20/20 vision back.

Its been a great journey with Dr Sancy. She was very understanding, had a clear direction of how we would get my vision back and followed it.

Exceptional. Had cataract removed and replaced with toric lens which also corrected for astigmatism. After 15 minutes of painless surgery, I got up from the operating table and, for the first time in 75 years, I immediately had perfect vision in my right eye. Overjoyed with the result, especially as it happened on my birthday!

I cannot recommend Dr Low and her team highly enough!
Echo all the feedback from other patients, its difficult add further plaudits.. I was treated for bilateral cateracts with lens implants and the result has transformed my high myopia into 20/20 vision. Incredibly thorough consultations in preparation for surgery, day of the procedure went like clockwork, and the post-op recovery was exactly as described by Dr Low. Every question or doubt from initial consultation onwards was explained in real detail, so I was actually feeling pretty comfortable on the morning of the procedure.
