Sandalsjoy is a scam for sure! I placed and order for 2 pairs of shoes in july and ive sent multiple emails and they reply by saying they will resend my items. We're almost in December and i havent received anything! Please please dont order from them

it is page that must be reported for fraud ,it is a scam ,do not buy your order will never arrive .hay sue reporter established pagan es un frauds es una estate nuncio llegara su period no ordene

It's a complete SCAM, you never get what you ordered and the email responses are always the same. I ordered on the 2nd June 2020, It's now November 2020.

After asking for my money to be returned or I would file a dispute, their website no longer exists!
They still have their Instagram account running, so please be aware to NEVER PURCHASE!!!

I placed an order on Oct. 25. It was for several items and they took the money out of my account. However, I did not receive any emails that shows a receipt that I placed an order. I am not sure how to get in touch with them at all and when I go to look at the website, it is non existing. I placed the order from an ad on a game that I was playing. I should have know better, but they had so many things that I went crazy. There was also another charge that came across my account after the purchase. It shows something about a jewelry club that I did not sign up for. If you are reading this before you have made the purchase, DO NOT MAKE THE PURCHASE. I will be contacting my bank to see if I can get my money back.

I ordered a bean bag off facebook and these guys have took the money out of my account il take it I'm not going to receive my item 🤦🏻‍♂️

Ordered a pair of shoes the beginning of August sent and email still no response and no shoes!!😠

Still waiting over a month for 2 pairs of shoes. When emailing customer service they keep telling me my package has been prepared and sent to shipping. I recieve no notification or tracking number. I emailed again asking for refund. They told me my order was sent to post office already. When i check on website it said order status is unfulfilled. I asked twice for a refund. They keep giving me the run around saying it's in transit. Will be reporting this scamming site.

I have been waiting for 2 months and the shoes have not yet arrived. Customer service has been responsive but unless they send the shoes and they arrive soon, I believe them to be a scam and will be requesting a refund and absolutely reporting them.

My order never arrived, stopped payment after 2 month.
Could be just one of those fraudulent sites....

This is the worst customer service and product I have ever bought. I ordered from their website a pair of shoes SIZE 5. I received a pair of shoes SIZE 6. They asked for pictures of the label twice and replied that they sent the correct size although the bag's label indicated 5 and the shoe sole 6. They take no responsibility for deceitful advertising claiming that the size 6 in EUR is size 5 in US but that is not communicated during the purchase process. The product quality is HORRIBLE bad finishing and low quality materials in shoes and clothing. Be aware of these trash products from China.

ITs been a month and haven’t received shoes. The tracking number does not work. It’s a scam, like I had guessed...I used PayPal so will get my money back.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible quality and false advertising. The shoes I recieved were not at all what was advertised online. A COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIP OFF. Cheap and ugly -compared to a gorgeous pair of shoes in the picture. Their customer service was awful and they have no return policy. Don't waste your time or money.

I was super excited to get the sandals I had ordered from here. Upon arrival there was a stain on one of the shoes, so I emailed them to get them returned so I could get another pair however they told me I would have to pay for shipping back. When I told them that was unacceptable since I received them like that, she then proceeded to tell me that only serious quality products would have easy returns. Oh so my sandals that arrived with a stain on them wasn't a serious thing? Thank you for letting me know that I am not important. Horrible customer service.

I put 1 star bc I ordered 2 wks ago n got a shipping # but when I clicked on it it tells me my # doesn't come up on their data base like in other words it's FAKE! Sure sign that I've been SCAMMED, not the first time. I'll just call my bank n get my money back. FROM NOW ON ITS AMAZON or EBAY, NO MORE INS. or FB SITES. LESSON LEARNED.

If I could provide a 0 star review I would. Sent sandals with an ankle strap that is significantly shorter on one shoe compared to the other so the shoes only fit one foot.

When I contacted their customer service department I was told I could send the shoe back and pay almost $20 in shipping for a $30 refund, or, keep the shoe and receive a 20% ($6) refund.

Sad that a company doesn't stand behind their product and how it's manufactured. Will never be buying here again.

They sent me the wrong size for my 1st command and I wanted To change the size of these and another one and they answered me twice that I should sale them To one of my friend because the shipping costs were too High. I dont think this la good customer service and i dont recommand them for shoes online purchases company.

There are many choices in Sandalsdaily. I ordered these shoes for my wedding. The fit was perfect, the heel is the just right, and they are comfortable. I have had the hardest time finding heels that look stylish but also don't kill my feet. I am so glad I purchased these, and the best part is I can wear them with anything!
