Disappointed

Bought a dress which was not as advertised online. Online the dress has a frill on the back as well as the front. Was quite shocked when I received it. No problem returning it, but would not expect such a thing from a high end brand.

Awful Experience -- Still Waiting On Money Owed Back

Sadly, I have had a terrible experience with Sandro. I ordered a $1,000 leather jacket from Sandro online, and I received a completely different item, not the item I ordered. I promptly submitted a return following
Sandro's returns process and policy (the item was not final sale, and in any event, it was the wrong item), and a week later Sandro mailed BACK the same incorrect item to me, with no explanation or paperwork or communication whatsoever. I called customer service and also filled out a claim form with Sandro. I sent photos of the package that was mailed back to me along with my order information. I was initially told that there was no explanation for the mixup and that my issue would be handled quickly, but I have heard nothing. I placed my order in January and it is currently March 3. I have followed up with customer service by phone and by email numerous times, and at this point I feel like I'm being ignored. It almost feels like fraud. I always thought Sandro was an established, reputable luxury brand but I don't believe that is the case. It has caused stress and hours of my time to try to resolve this issue, and it's still unresolved. I would not recommend Sandro to anyone.

Given the large number of similar reviews, I think Sandro's business practices should be investigated. And credit card companies should be wary of approving transactions with this company.
