I NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER. I ORDERED FROM SANDRO 910096692 IS MY ORDER NUMBER JUST IN CASE THEY WANT TO FIX IT. I ORDERED A WOOL COAT AND THEN GOT A NON BRANDED COAT WITH NO TAGS ON IT, I IMMEDIATELY RETURNED IT AND REQUESTED A REFUND. THEY DISAGREE AND DO NOT BOTHER FURTHER! NEVER ORDER HERE. SCAM!

Just don't bother

Just don't bother, seriously.

I thought given the price point and some good write ups I saw about quality that this brand would be a good option for a suit to gift to my partner.
Unfortunately the customer service is terrible. The suit jacket got stuck at customs, something they say is rare, but seems to actually happen a lot now that I've read the reviews. As a result it has still not arrived weeks after the scheduled delivery date and my partner and I are travelling for the next couple of months. I initially tried emailing but got no replies to my follow up emails for over a week.
Eventually I tried the chat support instead and when I asked to get the delivery changed to a different address so a friend could accept it for us they blankly said that wouldn't be an option and that I would get a refund after a failed delivery attempt and it was returned to them.
When explaining that I would not have bought only the suit trousers without the jacket the best they could offer was to reship it after it was returned to them to a different address, but were unable to give any indication of a rough date that might occur.
Given the price point I would assume much better customer service than this. Most brands now offer a change of delivery address, or to get it delivered to a collection point at least.

very bad quality of leather goods, They don’t provide customer service

I bought a leather jacket for 700 euros 1 month ago. And after wearing it a few times, I noticed huge leather peeling on the sleeve.Also, the seams on the sides of the jacket have come apart. I'm shocked!
But I am even more shocked by “customer support” in particular from AURELIANO: service refuses to solve this problem and doesn’t answer the question about quality.In response to my messages , they sent a request to evaluate their service. To evaluate something that doesn't exist, haha.
I strongly don’t recommend buying anything from sandro. Simply because the quality of some pieces is really poor, it is totally overpriced for what it is. and the most important if you have any quality problems/questions you won’t get any support from them. Shame on you sandro!

Disappointing for such a high price tag

Review of Sandro Paris

I own over 50 items from Sandro Paris, purchasing most directly from Sandro Paris and some from Saks Fifth Avenue. I was a big fan of the brand, appreciating its design and style, but recent experiences have changed my opinion.

I started noticing holes developing in my wool cardigans—expensive pieces that I wore fewer than 10 times. Given the high price point, this was extremely disappointing. Concerned that other garments might suffer the same fate, I reached out to customer service, expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful response, which only added to my frustration.

It has become clear that Sandro’s quality does not justify its premium pricing. While the packaging and branding may look high-end, the actual craftsmanship falls short. I regret my purchases and would caution others against investing in what appears to be a poorly made product, disguised as luxury.

Customer service should stand behind their products, especially at this price point. Unfortunately, my experience suggests otherwise. Extremely disappointed.

Poor quality

I bought some sneakers from the new collection , and the first time i used them they peeled. I complained and they would escalate the case, but i never received a response, i will never buy from Sandro again, their products are very poor quality.

Bad packaging so unprofessional

I ordered shirt for $325 and came like trash, so unprofessional packaging, they just put in thin envelope and just shoved the shirt like piece of garbage, came out so wrinkly and didn’t came with original packaging, that wasn’t cheap shirt, please be professional!!!! So disappointed!!!!!

Lost parcel and terrible customer service!!

1. I bought a shirt on 17/12/2024 and it shows that it is being delivered on 23/12/2024. But until now, the parcel is still not delivered!!!

2. I contact the customer service team to report the lost, and they said I have to provide all my private ID to start an investigation or they WILL NOT investigate where the item is.

3. I have provided my personal passport and sign a Certificate of Honour, but the customer service team DID NOT reply to me for TEN days until I complained via their website.

4. Today, the customer service replied to me and said my account name should be the same as my passport or they WILL NOT start the investigation! WHAT!!!
I have the right to provide my nickname rather than a real name due to security concern. And that is the reason Sandro don't track my parcel and keep me waiting for a long.

I'm very angry and so disappointed with Sandro!!

I hope Sandro can contact me as soon as possible and solve the problem.

Great clothes poor customer service

Bought a wool jumper on during the winter sale. I took it home tried it on at home couple of times and decided that it was too big for me. I went to Bijenkorf Utrecht for a return, the Sandro sales person looked at the jumper, said the tag is at the wrong place, ripped off the tag and accused me of tampering with it. I was quite shocked as I have never seen such behaviour before. I did not touch any tags, did not damage the jumper, and brought it within the return date. Are we not allowed to try things at home anymore?? This jumper cost me €170 on sale, it was not a cheap purchase! I have not had a bad experience at Sandro before, therefore this was very disappointing as I love this brand and the top quality of clothes. The Sandro sales person was very unprofessional in handling this and said I have no choice but to keep the item which I obviously did not want to keep as it was too big for me. I will now result in online shopping than shopping at the store to avoid this type of encounter again.

Fantastic service

Made an online order to a store, it arrives quickly however I wasn't notified nor were the store on their system. This was rectified within the day by the customer service team. When I then went to pick up my order, got home to realise the order seemed worn so I went to return it the next day. The staff were fantastic and gave me a prompt refund. Just all round fantastic service.

Abysmal Customer Service

In the absence of a more appropriate rating, I must express my utmost dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from Sandro-Paris. I recently purchased a jacket online, only to discover that it was subsequently offered for sale at a 20% discount five days later.
According to Sandro-Paris’s price adjustment policy, customers are entitled to a seven-day window to qualify for such adjustments. Despite reaching out to the company on the sixth day, I was informed that the jacket I had purchased was still in stock and that a supervisor had confirmed my eligibility for the discount.
However, later that evening, I received an email from Sandro-Paris stating that the item was no longer in stock and that they would not be honoring the discount. Despite my subsequent call on the seventh day, which coincided with the deadline for price adjustments, I was informed that the request had been rejected due to the expedited shipping of the item from their warehouse.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service and the dishonesty displayed by Sandro-Paris in this matter.

I bought from this company online…and both times it was a disaster

I bought from this company online because the clothes are really trendy and good quality. The clothes themselves are great. The organization is horrific. I bought a few items and they shipped close to 2 months later and out of the 4 pieces I bought only one arrived without any notice and then I had to fight for a refund. Then the next order the dress came with the ink protection tag still attached and when I contacted Sandro they told me to go find a store myself and have it removed. That was it for me. I would never buy from them again.

Don’t purchase from Sandro

I ordered a long coat from Sandro on 2/12/24. It was due to be delivered on 5/12/24. It was never delivered and there was no communication despite multiple attempts at emailing, WhatsApp messages, discussions with Sandro and attending the postal company. I have requested a full refund and am disputing the transaction. I would recommend never buying from Sandro online.

Fraudulent returns policy

A woollen jacket was bought in-store in the Hampstead branch, London. Less than a week later, I walked back into the same store, with the item in its original bag, unworn, labels attached and intact intending to return it. The store assistant who sold me the item insisted that it had been worn and refused to accept the return. When I challenged about how the security labels could be so pristine if the item had indeed been worn, she suggested that the labels had been removed, item worn and labels reattached. Ludicrous. It was one of three items I purchased that day from Sandro that day and the only one I attempted to return. These items will be the last I ever buy from Sandro.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. I called the Bleecker Street location on 11/4/24 to see if they had my size in a coat and they told me they had every size. I went to that store and they only had one size. I asked them if they could get my size from another store. They said they would, and they took my information and I have not heard from them since. It is important and professional to keep people updated on their request. Needless to say they've lost a customer.

Sandro stop scamming people !!!

Sandro now started defrauding the customers. When you buy a product from their store, they give you a gift card instead of refunding the same way you did paid for during the return process without your knowledge. They don't refund your money with ridiculous excuses and give you a gift card without your knowledge so you have to spend it at their store again.

As far as I understand, since they cannot make enough sales, they confiscate your money with this cheap and bad method and force you to shop there. This is absolutely unacceptable.

10 days ago, I made a return to the store located at 35 King Street. I was told that my money would be deposited to my card within 3-5 business days. But the money still hasn't arrived. I contacted the store and asked for the customer service number, but they said there was no customer service. I'm currently trying to get my money back, if I don't get it I will file a small claim against them. Sandro, you can't defraud people like this. Refund my money !!! @sandroparis

I am shocked reading all the reviews

I am shocked reading all the reviews. I’ve never had a bad experience ordering from the website. In most cases delivered within 4 days, and returns/refund are processed within 1-2 days. Also in the store always friendly and helpful staff. Once i discovered a small hole in one of my Sandro sweaters after a few months of wearing, brought it to the store and Sandro took it back hassle free and received a refund. Like the brand a lot.

Avoid Sandro

Avoid Sandro! Terrible Customer Service and No Refund!

I will never order from Sandro again! My experience with their customer service has been incredibly frustrating.

I ordered a pair of high heels online and decided to return them just two days after delivery because I didn't like them. Weeks later, I received an email claiming I hadn't returned the shoes in full. Despite repeatedly explaining that I returned the entire order, the company accused me of only sending back one shoe.

I was forced to sign multiple affidavits and share my personal details, including my ID card and passport, to prove my case. Even after all that, they still refused to refund my money and, absurdly, sent me back one shoe! How ridiculous is that?

Although it was Sandro’s responsibility to check the tracking details, they failed to take action. I had to contact the shipping company myself and spend weeks getting them to confirm the weight of the shipment at delivery. Only after sending those documents to Sandro did they acknowledge something might have gone wrong—but I still haven't received my refund!

It’s beyond disappointing that a company like Sandro treats its customers this way, especially when I've proven it wasn’t my fault. Fourteen weeks later, I am still waiting for a full refund.

This is completely unacceptable. I will never shop at Sandro again, and I strongly urge others to beware of their poor service.
