Extremely Disappointing Experience – Prescription Lost, No Accountability

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this pharmacy. I brought my wife's prescription to the Wylie location, where I was assured that it would be faxed to McKinney for fulfillment. After waiting five days with no update—while my wife needed her pain medication—we called to check the status.

To our shock, the staff told us they had no idea what happened to the prescription. When I asked for help, the person I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also rude, showing no care or responsibility for the situation or our distress.

SandsRx is amazing, fast and trustworthy. I can't begin to describe how complicated science-involved family planning can be, but between my fertility clinic and truly the amazing Sands staff, it's like IVF for dummies, anyone can do this and feel very supported and educated in doing so.

This is literally the BEST pharmacy I have ever used. They put their customers first and are so incredibly patient and kind. I feel so blessed to have found them.

A super plus is that they will take care of all of the work needed for prior authorizations. If you've ever needed that, you'll understand the value of this service and appreciate the headache you wont have.

They are fabulous. I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy and I tell everyone.
